Great! Could use more seating in the summer months

Peach is my favorite flavor but they have a lot of choices. Staff is friendly. The little seating area is cute and comfy. Always get a pint to go! 😍

This Rita's has limited flavors available. I would suggest going to the Rita's thats in Chesapeake VA.

Love this place. But it's only worth the premium price when they have custard. Soft-serve is nonsense and they don't even reduce the price when they have to resort to the inferior product.

Honestly, this is my first time coming to Rita's. I drove 10 minutes to get here because I read they had great milkshakes. Sadly when i arrived and i was ready to order there was no one in sight. I was looking into the windows (feeling like a weirdo) because I can see their sign says open. Well after a few minutes of waiting two employees finally came from the back. I placed my order but that itself puts my off. Also, the signs in their parking lot advertise a brookies milkshake and when I asked they said they no longer served it. Why advertise it if it's not in your store? After all this the black and white milkshake I had was average nothing worth driving the 10 minutes I drove here for.

Horrible customer service, good Italian ice. The employee working on 8-17-19 was extremely rude and cared more about her phone than my family’s service. The Italian Ice was good but I’d much rather go to another location than have to deal with that attitude again. Not trying to bash, just my honest experience I had while visiting.

One of my favorite places to go for a cool dessert when it gets warm outside. I usually go for the gelati (a mix of custard ice cream and Italian ice) but there are other options as well. Many flavors to choose from to make it your own. The ices are usually very sweet and the frozen custard is very smooth. Prices are moderate for quantity.

My favorite ice cream place to take my grandkids. It's delicious and lots to choose from. The custard and ices are amazing!
