Rita's Columbia

Took my family here after the pool. Was overcharged most likely due to the high teenager working. My 11 year old was concerned she had pink eye but her uncontrollable laughter assured me it wasn't pink eye. In addition several non employees were waiting inside with ritas cups scattered all over the floor. I contacted corporate who seemed genuinely concerned about the incident but the owner has made zero effort to rectify the situation...not reached out at all. We love Rita's but will not be returning to this location and would advise you to think twice before subjecting your family this type of service.

Great place for kids

There was a 16 year old kid at the window tonight when we walked up a whole 15 minutes before close. It took him a couple minutes to notice I was at the window and seemed very unhappy to see me. I asked if they were still open and the kid sarcastically answered “sure”. I asked if he’s okay with serving us, and he’s said “sure” again. I went on to ask for 2 large gelati’s and he gave us two smalls. I felt uncomfortable asking for more because he was so unpleasant. I work in the customer service industry myself and I just didn’t feel like dealing with another unpleasant person today. Just wow

I love Rita's. They always have a variety of Italian ice flavors, and now they have even more custard flavors. There were 4 or 5 custard flavors and at least 10 ice flavors when I went. There are tables and chairs for you to enjoy your treat nearby. Definitely a good experience!

Ice cream is ok. Service was bit slow.

Love Rita's. Wish it was open all year. Juicy pear is the tastiest flavor.

This is our favorite Rita's in Maryland because there's a nice place you can sit.

Fantastic service from friendly employees. Great place to bring the whole family! Delicious custard and Italian ice. Highly recommend blendinis with cheesecake custard and chocolate topping like Oreos and/or Heath. I'd definitely come here again with my family!

Fairly typical Rita's experience. Rich and creamy custard, sweet and fruity ice, shady outdoor picnic table to sit and enjoy. Gelati seemed more expensive than usual, and "usual" isn't exactly cheap. Not as many flavors as expected, but the classics are there.

Very good service & treats, disappointed that they're only seasonal here. We're going to miss them

Walk up counter, outside seating in the public courtyard. Nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Delicious as always! Our friend plopped the custard right off of the top of her ice and the cashier was very quick to offer her another.
