“Se vogliamo che tutto rimanga com’è, bisogna che tutto cambi…” or “If we want things to stay as they are, things will have to change” is a quotation from the book “Il Gattopardo” by Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa. After a brief culinary break, our desire to treat our guests to the best cuisine was so strong that we decided to reopen the “Ristorante Il Gattopardo”. While we changed a lot, we did not change everything in the concept, preserving the most important aspects of before: sensuous, fresh Sicilian-Mediterranean cuisine, coupled with a passion for cooking. You will discover a fine restaurant in which the customary quality and hospitality have the highest priority. Reservation is recommended, as the restaurant has only a few spaces.
