It was Friday after work and I was feeling so stressed and deeply craved a nice run, however, my old pair of running shoes made running so painful and unenjoyable. With the help of lovely Brooke, I found a new pair of running shoes and socks in which I left Fleet Feet and went straight to the running trails. It was an amazing run and the shoes are so great! Thank you to Brooke for your patience and help. I definitely recommend Fleet Feet Carrboro, even to those who are new to running or curious, because I came in not able to clearly communicate what I was wanting in a pair of shoes, but Brooke understood and really helped. Thank you so much!

I have extremely flat old feet and getting shoes that fit well is always an issue. I recently bought shoes at Fleet Feet and had an excellent shoe recommended and fit. I have been using the shoes for a couple of weeks and they are great.The staff is knowlegable and do an excellent job fitting and finding an appropriate shoe for their clients.

I had an excellent experience with Fleet Feet! I was referred to them by my PT to help in the treatment of a very painful Achilles tendinitis. I had not walked outside (my preferred form of exercise) for several months.During my first visit, I was taken very good care of. The rep took his time and we tried shoe after shoe, inserts, etc. But I got them home and was not happy with the final fit. When I called they said to bring them back. My second visit was as great as the first. We decided on a narrower width and slightly more cushioned shoe. Jordan was very patient! We tried a number of pairs, and I found my dream shoe. I am beginning to see a lot of improvement in my injury and can walk a little further outside each day! Thank you soooo much. (my dog is very happy too!)

I've visited Fleet Feet in Carrboro twice in the last two weeks. Different staff were at the store both times and both times I have received the exceptional, above and beyond service that keeps me loyal to a locally owned business. I took my teenage foster daughter to buy her first pair of real running shoes the first time. A young woman named Brooke was helping us and she answered questions with kindness and a genuine enthusiasm to share the sport of running. She was so approachable and friendly. The second time I visited I had a great experience with a young man at the cash register as well. I made an error but instead of being frustrated with me, he was gracious and provided model customer service. Other local businesses across the spectrum have a lot to learn from the staff at Fleet Feet.
