Rio Nectar is a Fast Casual Restaurant in Cambridge, ON. Serving delicious and nutrient dense options. Rio Nectar’s passion is to create the healthiest ACAI ORGANIC BOWLS topped with granola, a variety of fresh fruit, and local honey. We believe our CHEF-INSPIRED SANDWICHES start with all-natural whole cooked in-house daily roasted meats, clean label breads and fresh produce. We believe that healthy food should actually be healthy. Our hand crafted acai bowls, smoothies and are always made to order using ONLY NATURAL, NUTRIENT RICH INGREDIENTS. We pride ourselves in NOT using any dairy, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Amazing, healthy food at very reasonable prices. Whatever dressing they use for the garden salad is amazing! The turkey avocado sandwich was also delish.

First visit was for a late snack with our son after his Karate class. It was an absolute hit! We both enjoyed our food and smoothies so much. We have been back numerous times now and have not been disappointed at all. The food is great, service is excellent and is priced appropriately for the quality.
