Ricks Erwin's Nantucket Seafood

Went here for the first time tonight for our anniversary. The experience was top notch. The food was amazing! My wife had the surf and turf and the steak was cooked perfectly and the crab cake was very tasty. I had some of the best scallops I have ever eaten. The dessert selection was very good as well. Even though the food was great, what made the experience so memorable is the service that was provided by everyone we came in contact with. We told them it was our anniversary and everyone from the hostess to the manager came by to tell us happy anniversary and our server Alana gave us a free dessert. To make the dinner even better, the staff even gave us an anniversary card - actions like that make me a raving fan of the restaurant and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks for a restaurant downtown Greenville

Nice and tasty. I was there with my husband three times, very attentive and friendly waiters ... quickly bring food. But once there was a bitter cranberry juice ...

Seafood tower was delicious! Here is the special which was great too. Lobster tail, scallops, crab cake over risotto.

Absolutely wonderful evening. Started with cocktails on the patio and the weather was nice so we asked to be seated outside on the patio which they accommodated. Met the owner and the executive chef while enjoying dinner. We had the shrimp cocktail (huge), oysters, and ceviche for apps and all were gone in less than 5 minutes. Scallops, Cipponi, crab cakes, and Grouper were entrees and everything was amazing! Can’t wait to go back and try more.

The seafood trio was one of the best meals I have had anywhere, ever. Perfect blend of flavors. Service was superb. We lucked up and were seated immediately, but it would have been worth a wait.

We took our kids here for Valentine's Day and it was not very welcoming. Our server was snobby and borderline rude. I ordered the surf & turf and it was just ok. We were feeling uncomfortable so I didn't eat much of it at that time, we had the server box it all up. When I got ready to heat my food up there was no surf!! I only took one bite of it and for some reason the server did not put it in my to go box! We tried to call and our name and # was taken but we never recieved a call back!! At Rick Erwin's West End Grille, the food and the service was AWESOME!!!

Drinks only, on par with what I would expect and friendly staff. Nice comfortable environment. Good liquor selection. Not much on beer choices but what they had was on point. If you come down town for the ice rink, walk 20ft over. Worth the stop. Can see your kids ice skating from the bar!

Sat at the bar which is beautiful! Service was exceptional! Ordered three appetizers to share.....Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Fried Asparagus, and Kobe Beef Sliders! All were absolutely delicious! The best part was the Low Country Margarita! One of my favorite places to go!

Great atmosphere, enjoyed the bar seating especially. Terrific service, excellent dishes with a wide variety for everyone!

Amazing food, attentive and friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere. Best calamari we had ever had, and the Jumbo scallops with bacon jam were so delicious we loved every bite. Really made a special occasion spectacular.

We have been multiple times, we love Nantucket! Sarah has been our server the last couple times and she has got it going on! Never had an empty glass. She is very personable. The fried green tomatoes are very flavorful. The specials are always amazing and flavorful. The food presentation is also impressive. Yes you pay more but it’s worth every dime.

Wonderful atmosphere. Wait staff was on the spot and the food was amazing. I had the surf and turf. Steak was perfectly cooked and that lobster! Still thinking about it. Garlic mashed potatoes were on point. We had mentioned to the front house manager that I was from a land locked state and she brought some she crab soup out to try, with and without sherry. I will definitely have she crab soup again! Superheroes of service at Rick Erwin's for sure!

Absolutely amazing place. Very luxurious atmosphere and decor. The staff was friendly and saw to it that our group had a great time. The owner even came out to greet us and ensure we were having no problems with our visit. The food itself was great. Fresh and delicious seafood, and the drinks paired with them well. Would definitely recommend.

Our server was exceptional as she expertly handled our order. The HOT bread with flavored dipping oil was a perfect start for our meal. The She Crab Soup was phenomenally "Off The Chain" delicious and you can taste the hint of sherry. My wife's Caesar Salad was artistically prepared and she described the dressing as the Best she's ever had. Sea Scallops with Rissoto perfectly cooked and must have been delivered fresh that day. My Wife's Surf and Turf of Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail didn't disappoint with the Filet cooked to the perfect medium rare and the lobster was fresh and succulent. We capped it off with a delicious White Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie that was sharable in size.
