Service was friendly and dining area was clean. Great music. The cheesesteak had excellent quality meat prepared perfectly. I would recommend heating or toasting the bread. Burger meat was generous with a nice char but dry and overly formed. Bun also cold. Had the burger been better this would be a 5 star review. Clean restrooms.

We were looking for something different. Not a chain. We were not disappointed. Food was great and plenty of it. Service was also good. Will definitely come again when in Williamsburg

Excellent cheese steaks and Reubens. The fries are served hot and cooked well. The Reuben is served with tasty house-style chips. The service has always been friendly and attentive. We go to Rick's every time we are in the Williamsburg area.

Cheese steak was good and messy. The Buffalo chicken cheese steak was also very flavorful. Fries were 1/2" crinkle and could have been cooked to be a little more crispy... Update - even better then before!

Great place to eat in Williamsburg VA I got the corned beef Club and for dessert the fried cheesecake with strawberries. Fast and friendly!

It is not the most luxury place but the food is down to earth good. Your cheese steak will come loaded to fill you up. The service was fast. We had our food in 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy their subs. I think it is a jewel in downtown Williamsburg. Highly recommend it

MY FIRST TIME AT RICKS WAS TODAY 12/1/19. SMALL INSIDE BUT CLEAN AND SO FRIENDLY. THE FOOD IS JUST DELICIOUS, GREAT A++++++!.
