There is but one word that can be used to describe this place: Meh.This place is just moderately priced filler food disguised as hip burgers. Sorry folks, but you can't take a plain frozen preformed burger patty, add cheese and precooked bacon, and then call it a cool hip name like The Aftershock. I made a better burger when I was 12 years old.The only saving grace is the delicious seasoning they put on the fries and the small vegetable fixing bar is nice.Oh, and the Freestyle Coke Machines are nice if you're willing to pay too much for a single glass.

Go to Krusty’s the price is about the same and the burgers are much better.

Awful burgers, bad fries. Refill on drinks that dont work.

Although I am an annual pass holder this is the first time I've eaten at Richter Burger. The atmosphere is fun with an earthquake stricken theme and the food is great. Choose from burgers including a vegetarian black bean burger, chicken sandwich, or chicken salad. I ordered the salad and it was good, the chicken was hot and the salad was chilled. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.

I would never come here again. Over priced and the burgers were dry. For the price, I would expect the best burger in the world. They managed to scrape some small pieces of bacon on it too. THANKS for a bad experience. No refill on sodas too.

I do love being able to make your own sandwich, but that's the only think I like. I have a couple of complaints. 1. One should be allowed to sub the ice cream for either a bottled water or drink. Not everyone can eat ice cream and not to mention ice cream plus Florida's heat just really doesn't mix well on the belly. On cooler 70 degree weather, maybe. But 80s, 90s, not at all. 2. The line needs to be fixed. It is so tight and the body heat and body odor is a bit much. You're crammed in this tight line to get food. Not only is the line crammed, it's right by the exit with the doors opened and it is just extremely hot and makes you very sweaty. It's absolutely the worst. Again only ok during cooler weather. Other than that it is death in a line. They really need to open it up a bit. I mean at least allow people to breathe.

The food wasn't bad and the service wasn't bad. The issue was the squirrel that was running around and trying to take people food. The staff was informed but they just watched it. We saw it poop and pee on tables. One staff even said to one couple. The squirrel is bothering you? And then walked away. One of the staff came from behind the counter and watched it for a moment and then went back behind the counter as if nothing was happening.

I would recommend this I really enjoyed eating here. I loved the atmosphere and the fact that it was based of a earth quake is super unique. If you go there I would recommend the fries. They were the best part of my meal.the lines were a bit long but, it only took 15 minutes at absolute most to get your food and sit down. Which is considerably good seeing as there were tons of people there with new ones coming every minute.

I got the burger they claim is the juiciest burger...driest burger I've ever had! 😠. And the drink machine wouldn't work, it kept saying wrong cup. Had to get staff just for me to get a drink. Don't waste your money. I would have rather went to McDonald's or Wendy's. This was $60 down the drain. Super mad.

Bit expensive but it's in a theme park so what do you expect. Burgers were good and they have a salad bar so you can put your own salad and condiments in. The shakes were good! Nice setting if you sit outside.

Really great food. Quick and easy . They need someone to clean the tables though. We had to wash our own.

The quality is horrible and expensive. The burger is extremely dry and cold, the fry was good, the shake was ok, overall, doesn't work $20.

Restaurant inside Universal! For all burger fans and those who ain't, but ready to spend few extra bucks for tasty burgers...then you wanna get a taste of juicy, delicious and huge burger meal after thrilling experience of all rides in Universal Studios, stop at Richter's Burger company for a good & bellyful meal.
