I live in Birmingham Alabama, about 2 hours from Florence. I make the drive about every 20 days to two weeks, and Ricatoni's is always on my list. Fresh lasagna, bread and cheesecake for dessert? Love, love, love this place. Friendly staff🌝

Great Italian food. Service is always good.

Went there tonight for dinner with the family. Even though they were slammed I still felt like the waitress was very attentive. The food was excellent! If you don't have a dairy issue, I highly recommend the Chicken Alfredo.

We’ve eaten there several times throughout the years. The food is very good! Atmosphere is cool and we love the bread and oil they bring out to your table. It’s about 70 miles away but we try to go eat here once or twice a year.

This place is top notch with great service and great tasting Italian food. It's prices are on par with what you would find at an Olive Garden or probably a little higher depending on the dish. They do have reduced pricing on certain dishes during lunch but not all have a lunch time discount. We will be back soon. This was our first visit and we had heard that it was really good and we were not disappointed.

Ricatoni's never fails at serving delicious, Italian food. Their menu has been consistent for so many years, serving up tasty traditions such as lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli, parmesan chicken and eggplant, and scrumptious pizza! And don't forget the bread with herbs and oil! It's the bomb! A big plus is the service. The servers are young college kids, and must be screened and trained well. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and stay attentive to your table. Rob and I are regulars here, and have been for years. Always good!

Definitely worth a stop while traveling down main Street. This is the place to go for delicious Italian. Large selection on the menu. Don't skip the dessert menu, Italian cheesecake was amazing.

We love this restaurant! Excellent food, reasonable prices, and fast, friendly service! Their pizza is great, as well as their classic Italian dishes. Don't skip dessert either! The cannolis are great!!!

Love this place. Very laid back casual atmosphere. Food is delicious. Love the ravioli and salads. Service is fantastic and food comes out quickly. Prices are very reasonable as well definitely will be back in the future

This is a great restuarant to visit; they have great deals on delicious food! A wonderful menu, great service, and rustic dinning area make this the place to come for a weeknight dinner

Had always heard wonderful things about this restaurant but I was very disappointed with my experience here. The soup arrived very cold and had to ask for it to be heated up. By the time the main course arrived it too was lukewarm. The “ravioli” was practically in a soup of a sauce and maybe 5 small ravioli’s. I have had better frozen microwaveable ravioli meals from the supermarket than this. Could not finish. A family member ordered a pizza and the cheese was hardly melted and the pizza itself tasted old like it had been sitting out for a while. Was really looking forward to a better experience at this restaurant but the food was atrocious and I will not be returning.

Really good food. Gets crowded quick and can be a bit too noisy.

LOVE IT!!! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is amazing! Just moved to Florence and this is definitely going to be one of our favorites!
