Just ok this time. Would not recommend the broiled scallops. They were fairly rubbery.

Food was ok at best. Had open faced roast beef sandwiche. Roast beef was very dry and chewy. And they charge a $1.65 for a can of soda. Will not go back.

Very good food.large portions good value for the money. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. Great place to take the family. Only downside was the cost of an individual soda.(12 oz. Can) at a cost of$1.50 is an outrageous expense.

VERY NICE PLACE I HAD ROAST BEEF AND FILLING WITH GRAVY. I HAD SMALLER PORTION AND IT WAS STILL WAY TO MUCH. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. PRICE. WAS GOOD. WE WILL GO BACK AGAIN I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHER THEY ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY'S.

Decent food. Would be better if they used real mashed potatoes, and made their own soups instead of doctoring up canned soup. Charging $1 to add a sprinkle of shredded cheese to a salad, or .50 for onions is a little crazy, but to each their own. Their desserts are great tho. Pies and cakes are always amazing.

Classic "home cooking" if you are Pennsylvania Dutch. No real selections for you if you have any special dietary needs or restrictions. Sundays are usually packed, perhaps reflecting the lack of restaurants in the area for people to eat at after church more than food quality. Prices seem high to me because it's everyday food, not gourmet fare. If you want simple food in a quaint location that hasn't been updated since the 70's you may like it here.

Enormous proportions in a family friendly atmosphere. A great old local favourite.

I give it two stars because I really am not a fan of the home style restaurants. Also was not pleased with the choice in "side pickles" they served. When i read side pickles I picture dill spears. They served some not so tastey pickle chips

Always a nice meal when my aunt and I go there. As well as super friendly and if doesn't take 5 minutes to decide on a dessert then something is wrong with ya!! Great place!

Not very good today. The fish was too dark and hard and the fries were to. So much for the special. 3 people 1 got a fish sandwich... same way. $40 dollars later with tip ... told the guy when we cashed out.. just SMILE. Probably won't go back.

Great food and outstanding service..price right too.

I had the Garden Cheese steak for lunch and it was a great option! It is served on a 6 inch roll with iceberg lettuce and 3 tomato slices, along with the steak and cheese. There is mayo offered on the side and chips and a pickle are served with the sandwich. It had a fair amount of flavor, although I did go and add ketchup to it as well. They have a great selection for lunch time and they were offering their specials as well. I think I will need to try their pies on my next stop.
