Ribaldi's Pizza & Subs

Personally, I think the pizza is delicious. I like that you can get an XL, and the pieces are the same as a NY slice.

My order did not match the description on Uber Eats where I ordered from. I called the restaurant directly to explain my situation hoping maybe they could at least try to help as it was late and everything was closing so I couldn’t wait 24hrs for Uber Eats to Address my concern and be left without dinner. The person I spoke to which I assume was the manager or owner as he sounded very much entitled, extremely rude and dismissive to say the least told me not to order from there again instead of even pretending to care or help. I would advise you all not to do business with this or any establishment that treats their customers like thrash to stop encouraging this type of disgusting behavior

We came to Ribaldi's after it had been closed for a week due to the staff being on "summer vacation." I ordered a slice of the cheese steak pizza and my friend ordered a regular cheese steak combo meal. Once my slice had been heated, the gentleman behind the counter put it on a plate and asked me whether it was for here or to go. I told him it was to go. He kept the pizza on the paper plate and put it right into a brown paper bag and was ready to send me on my way 🤔 My friend and I looked at each other and just shook our heads. I didn't even bother asking for a box, but when I did inquire about some aluminum foil to cover my pizza, same guy behind the counter met me with some hostility. Also I'm pretty sure my friend didn't get the fries in his combo. Whatever man, easiest decision I'll ever make is to never go back in there again ✌🏿

Ordered a eggplant parmigiana sub very disappointing absolutely bland, no flavor. You would expect the sauce would have some basil, oregano & garlic but just tasted like pure tomato sauce.

May have to wait... but the food is delicious

Ribaldi’s takes the best of Italian and NY style pizza to give you the best pizza in Baltimore. Ordering over the phone can lead to communication breakdowns so make sure and confirm your order. Also make an amazing philly cheese steak that I buy regularly, and everyone that works there including Mr. Ribaldi himself is helpful and friendly.

Delicious food great places friendly staff

This review is only based on the product. The employees were kind and caused no problems for me. The pizza, however, is a different story. I love pizza. Who doesn't? So I'm definitely going to try ever pizza place in my area. Two days ago was the second time I've gotten pizza from Ribaldi's. I'm just going to say it... The pizza is bad. Like really bad. Even as left overs, cold or warm, it is sooo bad. I hate to say it, because even bad pizza is good. But this was just bad. So little flavor and very unpleasing crust texture. You're better off going to domino's up near Giant or Kings pizza on the avenue. Additionally, for cardboard tasting pizza, it felts pretty ridiculous to pay as much as I did. Thanks for the good service, but I won't be returning.

This place can be great but it can also be very bad. It's very expensive for unpredictable food and service. It also has become very inconvenient you have to order online now. When I'm driving home from work and need to feed the family the last thing I want to do is pull over so I can spend 50+ dollars for my family on your possibly great possibly horrible pizza. You let yourself go ribaldis. Totally to expensive for your product.

Thank goodness I found you! This place is the real deal. The chef is from Naples, home to the best pizza on the planet and he's taken the secret to Hampden! The Sicilian is super authentic. I got a meatball pizza and was in awe of it's allure on the taste buds. The meatballs themselves were a work of art. The pizza tastes like they use Italian Semolina flour. The crust is satisfying with a nice crunch and great airy body. The sauce is perfect, not over sweet like most chain pizzas and the cheese (and all ingredients) is good quality. There is the appropriate amount of cheese and sauce depending on what or you order. If you need to reheat DON'T microwave use the oven.

If you’re searching for a NY Style slice, this is the place. Full stop.Delivery is the secret to avoid what are many normal problems associated with small business in what is a very crowded and busy area in general.It’s really good pizza, and it has been what seems like forever, outside of Long Island, Brooklyn or otherwise, that I have had that nice big foldable slice that is thin and memorable. So do yourself a favor and get delivery.

We dropped in and had our first visit to a small, but efficient (primarily carryout) restaurant as indicated by the busy cook staff who were completing online and call-in orders. There are a few tables/chairs outside, covered by a small canopy. I stopped in with four hungry kids (ages 4-7) who all agreed that a large thin crust pepperoni pizza was the perfect lunch food after a morning of playing in a nearby park. It smelled so delicious, they could hardly wait to get home to eat it. (It tasted fairly typical as pizzas go, with competitive prices.) Polite staff. Short wait time. We'll probably go back.

For one it was very expensive for a LG pizza and 3 subs came to $57.00 it took 30 mins and the provolone cheese tasted like Swiss. It was awful

After calming down, I thought I would do my best to make sure people know that the service here was EXTREMELY BAD! I walked into this establishment with my wife and best friend, and we had to reiterate our order twice, and they STILL got it WRONG. From the jump, the tall idiot that I presume is the OWNER with a broken hand was RUDE and DISMISSIVE! After letting them know their error, HE kept making sly comments after I advised him that I paid for an order and had every right to express my discontent. He then said to take my service elsewhere, either taking the now cold, fly infested pizza or my money back. My wife chose the latter. I do believe that we received this treatment because of our RACE, and I would advise anyone that wants good customer service, to NOT consider this place as an option!

Pizza was great, NYC pizza in Baltimore City. It felt authentic. One flaw, the had NO Zeppolies (Italian Doughnuts).
