I came here on Valentines day for a double date and I must say that this place is exquisite! When I entered the restaurant i did not expect for this place to be so upscale. The decor and mood made me feel as though I was in a fine restaurant in Mexico or Spain . As you can imagine , this restaurant was packed .I recommend that you were formal wear as you will feel out of place. I recommend trying their Sangria.I order Fresh Silver Salmon and it was Delicious. I will come again .Highly recommended

Excellent, old world feel, great portions, professional and expert staff. The Chef walked around the restaurant to check on his guest. Wonderful time

From the sangria to the desert with Spanish coffee everything is perfect. Service is exceptional. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely a great place for a special occasion.

Great place to eat. The food was delicious and well prepared. The service at this place was fast and the staff was amazingly helpful and cooperative. This gives an absolutely amazing vibe to the place.

I'm really not sure why this place has good reviews. Everything in the place is 30-40 years old without any upkeep. Prices are not cheap and food isn't the best. Some dishes you get way too much and other dishes you get very little. Pretty inconsistent with their plating. The atmosphere is dungeon like and hard to navigate through. The waiter let us use the employee only doorway to save on time and confusion on trying to find the restrooms.

Finest Spanish restaurant that have I been to. Best in Maryland.

Fakest Spanish restaurant ever! Service is absolutely horrible. I asked for a classic typical glass of wine, Mauro and they didn't have it. What blew my mind was I asked for a Tortilla and they told me they don't make it. What!???? Fake fake fake. Over priced on food that belongs to another country. Not Spanish. Don't waste your money.

Everyone acted extremely busy yet service was very slow. Some food was good. Others inedible. Definitely catered to an older crowd

A MUST go to in Baltimore!! If Michelin rated charm city this would be a top 3 restaurant no doubt! Each time I come here I have amazing service - waiters have been working here for more than 20 years. Plus the second you walk in and go down the stairs you smell 50 years plus of food aroma that cannot be duplicated. Ask for the off item Chorizo in red wine as an app, and your welcome hah! I always get the chicken and lobster over yellow rice with their homemade white sauce:)

This place is new to me but not my girlfriend's family. Her Grandmother's favorite restaurant and where we decided to celebrate our own 5 year anniversary. The food, the service, the wine was all great. I would definitely go back for another special dinner.

My family favorite spot since I was a kid! My favorites...oysters Rockefeller, escargot and anything in champagne sauce.

We have been dining here for many years. It never disappoints. We returned two evenings ago, and both the food and service were just excellent.

Food was outstanding but atmosphere was noisy and crowded. They really can't make that better because of the old school basement/cellars. I suggest that you go on a week day at less busy time.
