Hospitality, cooking, and price are all together. Sea urchin was delicious! French is a French that doesn't scare the Japanese, but feels a little closer.

I am relieved to be using materials from Hokkaido. I like the dressing and the seasoning of the sauce. A lotus cup was used for dessert.I forgot to take a picture, but the main is the duck roast. It was soft and amazing.
