Restaurant Joanina

Service was painfully slow. Waited minutes before anyone came to the table. I had to go inquire as to who our waiter was. The place has no personality, very lifeless and robotic. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes for the appraisers. Shockingly slow. Food was mediocre when it came. Definitely NOT the best Italian restaurant in town. I'm shocked at the reviews. The restaurant does not measure up. I will not be going back. First time, last time.

Wife said she heard this was the best restaurant in Huntington. Of course I've not been to every other restaurant in Huntington but I can't imagine a better one. Great meal; Joe was seen excellent server. We'll be back.

You have to be good to keep your restaurant open in Huntington and Joanina is one of long standing eatery. Every meal is nicely done, good flavor and done fresh - and not over the top pricy. Wine selection is big and service is good. Call ahead to make reservation - it gets full early every weekend!

Wonderful country Italian. Reccomend the chicken scarpiello, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Service was excellent.

The decor and feel of the place is great. My table was ready on time. Service was very good and food was excellent. Will certainly be back

We ordered take out chicken Parmesan pasta with meat sauce and pasta with claims. Everything was wonderful and they gave us bread and garlic knots. We all enjoyed our food and had left overs

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and absolutely will be back!!! Food was phenomenal! Service was great! The restaurant itself transports you to Tuscany! It’s perfect for couples or for families too. Great parking as well! Love love love is all I can say!

I miss the atmosphere here, I'm glad they have they still have take out services though since the food taste amazing. Just glad they still in operations.

Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Joanina's is made to look like a pati in a villa. Adorable and delightful. Loved my meal too! Chicken stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, and mozzarella! Half the dish was plenty for me!I also had the beat salad. Nice, not really special but an assortment of red and yellow beets. I will definitely be back!

Nice decor. Quiet atmosphere at lunchtime. Attentive staff. Eggplant appetizer scrumptious. Pasta Bolognese tasty and ample. Everything else looked good.

Went for a private party, so choices were limited to chicken, veal and sea bass. All were excellent, as were the (fresh!) pasta and anti pasto courses. Appetizers also were very good, as was the service. I plan to return for dinner sometime to sample their other entries. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, Amazing Service and Wonderful People..

Very disappointing. Poor service. Appetizer of clams and mussels had very few clams. 6 main dishes ordered. They came out 1 by 1. First one was about 5 minutes in front of my friend before next dish, which was not for our table. By the time my entree was supposed to arrive, #6, the waiter tells me he gave it to another table In addition, the veal milanese was tasteless and sent back. We drove over 25 miles to get to this restaurant. We won't return.
