What every Moe's should aspire to be. Well run, generous portions, and the ingredients were fresh.

Natalia was unhelpful and stated there was no manager on duty. You should staff accordingly to assist your customers or hire supervisors who understand customer service.

Good overall, but customer service was poor. I asked for corn tortilla because I’m gluten intolerant, got flour, dude serving me glared at me the entire time. Good food, bad service

This Moe’s is the worst !!!!!!!!!! There dirty . And rude . Like.. y’all don’t change the pans y’all serve people out of ? . Doesn’t even acknowledge the customer just stand there and literally stare at you , basic like “what do u want” .

They don't except gift cards. They didn't accept a Moe's south west grill gift card at Moe's southwest grill. Terrible managaer. Do not go here. Chicken got me sick as well

Food was horrible, no where close to chipotle. Salt was less and the iceberg lettuce looked brown . I had to trash my food. I was also served the last remaining rice from the button and it was hard and crunchy. Chicken bowl with only tangy flavor, not sure how they want us to eat it, has the manager tasted the food or does he good next door at pandas to eat Not worth the try.Seemed like only 1 guy was working and others were not interested to be here at all .Worst experience overall

Great place to enjoy Tex-Mex food. Located in the food court area of the main terminal. If you can handle the heat go for their hot sauce.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude employees. Burnt eggs, tasteless food, and a huge waste of money.

We went right after they opened, the food was all cold. (cold queso, yuck) the meal was Ok, but definately one of the worst Moes locaitons I have ever eaten at. I paid the price by burping it up the whole plane ride home. I dont recommend. The bowl was at least somewhat decent, but the meat was totally skimpy.

The food is great!

Luke was one of the rudest people in the service industry I've encountered. When we asked about prices he was belittling and patronizing, acting as though I was stupid to even ask. My order was wrong but after such a rude exchange I didn't even want to correct the mistake. I'd suggest skipping a meal all together rather than risking having their staff treat you the same.
