He wanted to move forward- credit pulled My son was texted-more money or co-applicant He called to advise of his decision No answer Today Tanesha Dixon called back and said Sorry it's sold WHAT!!!!! Now this inquiry is on my son's report and no vehicle THIS IS HORRIBLE I asked for information and we did everything so that this would not happen Sorry doesn't get my son the truck he wanted

Do not buy into there accreditation. They solicited to me over 10 years ago for accreditation by cold calling which I agreed to however if a homeowner rips you off and doesn’t pay you your the bad guy no matter what. Since then it has only cost my small business thousands of dollars since homeowners have ripped me off with there arbitrary rules and conditions. They have also allowed homeowners to post unfactual false information about my business on there site without validation even if you have proof of inaccuracies. I’ve requested a meeting with the president Kip Morse personally with “no response”. They’ve been successfully sued throughout the US. This is a 100% factual review.

We sought assistance from a business who clearly stole from us, documents clearly proved it. They did absolutely nothing. We had to sue him and won, but the assistance from the BBB of Central Ohio was a complete joke. I have no doubt this individual will continue to steal.

Yesterday we had extensive repairs done to our chimney and fire place. After contacting and researching several chimney contractors, we decided on Accurate Chimney. We were not disappointed 🙂. They showed up on time, with 2 trucks and 3 techs who knew what they were doing. The job was completed in the appropriate time frame, the office and techs kept me informed, the techs were personable and helpful. They worked with me on the pricing and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Accurate Chimney.

The BBB no longer helps consumers with complaints against businesses.The BBB now only requires a business to reply to the consumer's complaint.In my case, the company merely copied and pasted their mission statement and the Columbus BBB closed the case "satisfactory" !What a joke! I will no longer trust BBB ratings on their web sites. You want real reviews, visit yelp or google. At least the Columbus Ohio BBB is a joke and should be shut down! Thank you.

This is a review for ZCI Construction. Cederville Ohio.We called ZCI for a quote for storm damage, Daniel called us back right away, was out that afternoon.Daniel worked with us and worked very well with our insurance company. With in a couple of weeks the work was started and was done well and it was done professionally, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived, Isiah the worker that did the siding was wonderful, he was friendly and answered all our questions. I would recommend ZCI Construction to anyone who wants to have a contractor care about your happiness, and will be there when you have questions and they need to be answered ZCI Construction is the company you need to be with. Legacy reality in Loveland, Ohio. The manager was terrible at getting things fixed. I had the ceiling fall in from a leaky roof. It took almost 2 month's to get that fixed. Mold in the basement was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in. That took almost 2 months and I had to go to the laundromat for 3 weeks while they cleaned it up. Now its been 2 months since I moved out and still trying to get my deposit back. I left the house in good shape. It was cleaner than when I moved in. Their was 1 spot on the carpet that needed fixed from my dogs pulling the carpet up. It was all stained and worn out before I moved in. If I ever get my deposit back I bet she keeps most of it. I paid 350 non refundable pet deposit plus an extra 50 a month for 10 months for my dogs. That's 850, it should cover the damage to the carpet. Do not rent from this place . Laura does not care about the tenants at all.
