Reginella's Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria

Service was great and that was about it. I see why the place was filled with elderly people after my visit. Food was very dull and bland. Salad was wilting, bread had zero taste except the butter added, and kind of on the expensive side for 2 people. Over $50 with no appetizers or alcohol. Dont waste your time and go to Olive Garden or another chain.

We enjoyed a father's day lunch at reginellas and found our new family itialian spot! The decor is humble and not over the top, where this restaurant excels is with their food and service. The meals are reasonably priced and the value is on par. We ordered the seafood pastas and they were loaded with seafood! The desserts are good. We got the lemonchello cake and it was delicious! The gelato was icy and didn't care for it. However its easy to look past the gelato, bc we had a great waitress that was attentive and friendly! We will come back!

We had the deep dish pizza, it was excellent and huge. We had a really good waitress who was very pleasant even though she was quite busy. We will return again for the food and service. It made my mothers day very nice.

There is NO better Italian restaurant in the greater Hampton Roads area. Every time I come here I leave happy and stuffed. Every person I have ever brought to Reginellas has come back in their own and become a regular. I’ve been eating here since the 90s and I still love it that says a lot about the dedication to keep it fresh. I get the muscles in sauce as a starter and then I generally split the kind of a Margarita Pizza that you can only find on the streets of Naples. Today I was a little extra thirsty and let the waitress know. She brought me a liter of sweet tea for myself. I mean talk about making a customer feel good. Great service as usually. Thanks!

This place was highly recommended by a co-worker, and perhaps it was specific to the pizza (which you cannot get single slices of at ANY time on Sunday, unless you are a child). I wasn't impressed. The interior has an old smell, and decor to match. Don't waste any money or time on the Italian wedding soup. You would think it would be homemade, but you'd be mistaken and the bland canned taste gives it away. The calamari wasn't bad, and the fettuccine (while bland) was good, but the meatballs in the lasagna were meh (mushy, bland, and too much breadcrumb binder). My favorite part of the whole meal was the homemade marinara sauce and the small loaf of Italian bread with butter that they bring you at the start of the meal. This place wasn't bad, but it was not great by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe I will try them again and attempt some pizza slices during their lunch hours, but there's nothing super special here (at least nothing that I tried anyway).

Customer service here is phenomenal. They will alter menu items significantly to suit a customers taste. Very good pizza, raviolis, Alfredo. Roomy atmosphere and peaceful. Regular patrons are sweet as well. Not a negative thing to say about this diamond in the rough

Wonderfully amazing! Our server was wonderful and the portion sizes are huge for the price! We will definitely be coming back.

The Waitress (Jodie) was wonderful. The kids were a little rowdy but were happy to enjoy their amazing gelato! The espresso is fantastic. The atmosphere is classy with a touch of home.

My husband and I have been coming here for the last 4 years. We love there food and prices. They treat you like family. One night I forgot we had to bring food to an event and last minute they were able to make 5 salads and 8 pizzas for me to take! They do an great job!

We came a Wednesday eve. Pretty busy for a middle week day. That is a good sign. The waiter was very attentive, detailed and responsive. We had special pizza and ice cream. Really good experience!

Always a good place to go if you want Italian food that’s within a reasonable price and decent portions. I have been coming here for years! This location is better than their other on Volvo Parkway

Food was delicious. Waitress was very attentive.. I enjoyed Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp (half portion) and the Amaretto Cake

The dining experience was casual, some people came in to pick up food to go and others dined in at the booths and tables. We had the Quattro pizza with 4 different sections, it was good. The calamari appetizer was fried fresh and it was the highlight of the visit for me.

Always delicious. Fantastic service. The bread is amazing. The pasta is among the best I have ever had. They can accommodate large groups without a problem.
