Regina's Ice Cream Pavillion

A great little ice cream store right on 5th ave. with a 50s style. I've never been disappointed.

Bad customer service and overpriced, pre-made ice cream at a very high price. No attention paid to who is in line, so expect to get skipped if you want to look at all the flavors. Typical factory ice cream in nothing special flavors with no unique options. So many better choices nearby.

Great ice cream. Service was a little off. I mistakenly asked for chocolate instead of mint for my sister in law. And when I asked the guy to change it, he did. But he didn't even switch out cup.

Ice cream was good, and space was eclectic, but the service was so poor. No excuse when there is not even a line, only people there at the time was my two kids and me. The guy, maybe mid-20s needs to work on his customer service. When we first got there we stood there for about a minute before he decided to help us, apparently washing a cup was more important than waiting on the only customers in the store. He acted so annoyed by anything we asked; im sorry it was the first time in. We ordered and paid and not even a thank you, although i said thank you. His boss and another coworker came in when we were about to leave and he brightened up with them a whole lot. So he can be friendly i guess, just not when it comes to customers.

I've visited all the ice cream shops on this strip. Can't go wrong with any of them because they're all good.

A cute shop with a friendly staff. The flavors were wide ranging and unique. Would definitely go again.

Reginas is one of 5th ave is in my opinion a must go when you visit or live here in Naples. It was the 1st icecream establishment on 5th avenue. They serve traditional icecream parlor banana splits sundaes old fashion icecream sodas and the homemade waffle cones in various sizes oh my if you love your icecream as I do. Everything is to die for. We are talking yes best in town in!!!!!! Check it out for selfs😊🌻

Best ice cream in Naples!

This has been a local favorite of ours since I was in High School and discovered girls and dating. Brought my wife and kids here today and the Ice Cream is still fantastic and the service is still good. Not as good as when my friend worked there in High School but right up there. Great local place!

You have to go here if you're on 5th! This place has been there FOREVER!!! The best ice cream and served to you by sweet teen agers!!! A Naples tradition.

Great ice cream products. Very inconvenient customer traffic flow. NO WAY OUT. Stupid entry and exit being the same door !
