Ordered pick up. When we got home the lobster Mac and cheese was so dry and the lobster and crab cake was a lobster crab cake. The mashed potatoes has 0 flavor at all. The most sad Caesar salad I have ever seen. Just lettuce and a few shavings of cheese. The lobster crab cake had shells in it. Meal would be edible and OK had I not paid almost $30 per entree

This was my first visit to this restaurant. We ordered the lobster rolls, crab cake sandwich and oyster rockefeller. The oysters were ridiculously delicious! The lobster roll was good too, but it's not a very large serving. The crab cake was cooked very well and had a crispy texture that didn't take away from the chunks of meat in the sandwich. The food was great, but took a little while to come out. The prices were wide in range and the average seemed to be $15-40/pp (food only) based on the menu. The restaurant reminded me of an oceanfront establishment. The decor references fishing with the big reels for decor. Linda was our server and she was very accommodating and nice. If you love seafood, I'd recommend trying this place out.

Great food and service. Hush puppies are one of the best I ever tried.

The Alaskan King crab legs /claws were divine. I think the wait staff was great, but could be dressed nicer

Excellent food and service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The whole flounder was fantastic.

Even though we had to do the “take out†option, the food was EXCELLENT! Fresh ingredients, light, excellent presentation-even for carry out. Crab legs-best I’ve ever had! Key lime pie is to die for! Friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully enjoy the dine-in experience. Strongly recommended!!

Excellent atmosphere, drinks, and the food was very well cooked. I would encourage anyone wanting good seafood or a casual feeling for their event dining to try the fresh fish dishes here.

My partner and I had an amazing Valentine's Day sitting right at the bar. We had attentive service, great drinks, and amazing food. It's a bit expensive but it's an amazing place for a special occasion.

The food here was crazy good. The salmon and Brussel sprouts were delicious. The atmosphere was amazing and me and my wife was able to carry on a conversation without having to yell. In short if you are looking for some good seafood and a nice place to go out to then this is it!

Flavors were on point! Oysters Rockefeller are incredible! Prices were way too high for the portions, if I were not there with a guest I would have complained.

Stopped in for date night tonight and was not disappointed. I had the blackened salmon with roasted brussel sprouts and sautéed spinach. Started with the shrimp cocktail and it was very good. The salmon was also quite good but the star of the show was the brussel sprouts! So good that my husband actually ordered an extra side for himself once he tried mine! We will be back!

Been a fan of Bert's Seafood and Reel since I moved to Triad in '89... this has got to be third set of owners and food is not nearly up to previous standards...wife ordered Flounder Sesame and way different...not different good...I ordered lobster and crab cakes...placed order on Thursday for Easter Sunday and when arrived to pickup was told they were out... figure someone else had my meal... disappointed until I got home and figure I probably didn't miss much...key lime pie was okay but not same as Lacklen's... don't be fooled if you are here year ago...must be new owners or management. Loss of what used to be a fine restaurant.

Got the Whole Snapper at curb side pickup. It was terrific! Cooked perfectly! Reel Seafood knows how to prepare fresh seafood.
