Red Lobster

Food was delicious! Service was excellent even though they were under staffed. I wouldn't have noticed but was told immediately by hostess. Seemed a bit weird. We did have a couple mixups with our meals but they were handled promptly. Very satisfied.

My server was amazing despite being apparently new to his job! He was extremely helpful and smiled throughout our visit! He is a true asset to this restaurant and we thank him for the amazing service! The food was also very fresh and delicious!

Lunch was great, food came out quick, and was well prepared. Everything tasted great. Our server could have been a little more attentive, but he delivered our food quickly, and got what we needed quickly when we did see him. Had an appointment to get to after lunch, and made it with plenty of time to spare.

Awesome place to dine. Food is great, staff friendly and professional. If going on a special day like Valentine's Day, prepare to wait. It gets busy.

We went there for my birthday a few days ago. The waitress was awesome and the food was good. If I could change anything, it would be alot more light in the restaurant and maybe freshen up the appearance of it.

I would give 5 stars but shrimp were a bit on the rubbery side. Waitress was great.

Food was take out and pretty good. BUT tv ads always look bigger and better/ shrimp and lobster tails bigger. BUT what irritates me is why have those surveys on receipt IF one they don't come up and say it's expired...just got it last night??? OR it diverts you to other survey sites so they can get your email address too. Not worth it!

This Red Lobster has been at this location for many years and is an excellent choice for either lunch or dinner....be it casual or a celebration!! I have always had great service and food at this location and look forward to visiting it again real soon for their weekday specials.

Manager let my son pet and hold a lobster. It was the highlight of his year! Staff were super friendly. Service was excellent

Delicious Crab Linguine Alfredo & Cheddar Bay Biscuits as always!! Plus, thanks to my Red Lobster Rewards I got a free Chocolate Wave dessert which was quite rich & large. Had to be shared with my boyfriend, but he didn't seem to mind! Service was good, atmosphere's pleasant, always enjoy eating here.

After 20 years I do not think I've had one bad thing to say about this location.

The food is great and so was the customer service. I believe our server name is Danny and he was very attentive. We never had to wait vey long for anything we needed. We had the shrimp special. It was delicious and I would recommend this place 🙂

This is my favorite place to eat when I go to Sioux falls I have went to other ones but Sioux falls makes the best.

This night we had great service. There was no line out the door for a 6pm Friday night. There usually is at this time a wait list. Food was perfect. Better than other times. Will judge wait line in future to insure this type of experience.
