Beats the heck out of all steakhouses. 1st floor is more intimate; bright light over table was a little over the top, but allowed us to see the menu and food with ease! Randall, our waiter was phenomenal...very obliging and informative. The kitchen will change any combination to your diet preference. Chop Chop salad was the best we've ever had!! Rib eye was cooked to perfection. Sunday night visit made it a bit less crowded so maybe got better service? Awesome experience. Thanks, Randall! You are good at your trade!

Amazing.... 1 I am not a foodie.. 2.. I'm a very critical person..(Virgo) and with that being said this is a must visit place.. it would be a great place to take a date any night of the week or just a great spot at a nice bar.. Now the food was moist and mouth watering.. Steak had a nice crust but was melting when it hit my tongue.. I could have used more butter on baked potato.. like sticking a piece in while cooking.. I could have had a side of bacon bits.. Service was good and entertaining.

The manager and bartender are awesome! They are very in tune with the offerings of the restaurant and why they are distinct in the marketplace. Looking forward to having many great meals in this modified space!!

The worst steak experience I have had in a long time !!! I had the porter house medium Oscar style! The crab was cold the bearnise sauce was cold the steak was over done! On top of it this is how my steak was bagged up In a Chinese container

So I wanted to try Red for my birthday. My aunt called twice and left two messages for a reservation. One on Friday and one on Saturday. No return calls. We went to another establishment that wanted our business.

Went here while we were out for FDIC. Amber was great and very friendly. Food was delicious and came out fast.

The food and service at Red was impeccable and the manager, Eddie, is amazing. He epitomizes old-school, 50's style class and customer care. I wish I lived in town because I would be a regular.

If you are a steak lover, you must not miss an opportunity to wrap your lips around one of these succulent NY strips. Ultra classy atmosphere, and impeccable wait staff. This is definitely one of Indy’s hidden gems.

Best restaurant experience I've had in a long time! The food was superb - we had the pork chop & scallops. But the true differentiator at Red is the staff. Our server extraordinare made the experience fun, and everyone we visited with was attentive and kind. We will definitely be back!

ordered ny strip at a work meeting/dinner. let me say, i have eaten steak all over this country and all over the city. hands down, best i have had! highly rec for dinner meetings. great atmosphere, will be back for sure!

Pricey but one of the best steaks I've ever had. Prime aged ribeye medium rare cooked perfectly. Not sure what is up with the mushrooms there but they were overdone and salty. Still 5 stars though as you will be hard pressed to find a better steak.

Excellent food. Tables are larger than other steakhouses in the downtown area. Modern atmosphere- makes it different than other steakhouses especially with the music they choose to play. Great service, but not as special as compared to other high end restaurants.Cons:Prices are very expensive- more pricey than well known steakhouses in the area. Drink specials aren’t as good as other restaurants, which will make it hard to compete.Bathroom - you have to go upstairs to use the restroom. No restroom on the main floor level, which was very odd.
