This place is always incredible. The fried chicken in any dish is amazing. Great cocktails and atmosphere as well. We've been to almost every restaurant in Harlem and nothing is even close. Plus, my wife and daughter met Marcus on the way out and he was as kind as could be!

I love this spot! They provide excellent meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is an expert, I like very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the guests is very good too. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.

My friend and I arrived at Red Rooster, expecting to wait an hour or so, since we didn’t have a reservation! But nope...maybe 15 minutes, TOPS! The place was jam packed with standing room only. However, speaking and being kind can take you a long way. We were seated quickly and our order was taken even quicker. The atmosphere was nice with a DJ on the 1s and 2s. But the main attraction was the Brussels sprouts. We had brussel sprouts, chicken wings, Mac n cheese and crab cakes! Literally everything was SUPERB!!!!! The only reason that I’m not rating 5 stars is because they ran out out of Brussel sprouts! Red Rooster, you keep me coming back😉

The chicken for two is really the only way to go. The rest of the menu is great of course, but I can’t stress enough how good the chicken is. Make reservations or you’ll be waiting forever.

I love Marcus, a lot of people mistakingly think that he is a celebrity chef, do yourself a favour and check out Red Rooster in Harlem and you'll understand what makes Marcus's restaurants a taste sensation... Its simple really, Marcus cares about two things, you and fresh ingredients...I was blown away the last time I was there... Don't take my word for it, make your trip to Red Rooster an experience just like I did, we were treated so well I'm a fan for life... Thanks Marcus!

This is a must on a Sunday. It has to be the best in New York City. The service was amazing from the time we walked in the door. There are two sittings. We took the earlier and it was packed. The fried chicken and collard greens were my favorites but it was a tie with the waffles and shrimp an grits. A special kudos to the beverage manager. The staff is well trained and so pleasant. Don’t miss this place!

This is a place that a lot of people tell you to try. I enjoyed it. The food is great but there is always a wait. Definitely recommend trying it out though!

I have travel from down south to New Your and had shrimp and grits here. I love the service we sat down they took our order by the time the waiter left the table the sweet cornbread was at the table. Then our drink order follow I want say we had our meal with 15 minutes of us sitting down love it this has been a great experience for us.

Great experience from start to finish. Our hostess Ebony was great. Our waitress Annalise was attentive, friendly and had excellent suggestions. The food was beyond good. Thankfully we had a large group so I got to sample a lot of the starters, each one better than the other. I will definitely be returning.

For the price $27.00 for brunch , the food was definitely not made to order. Bacon was cold and dry, sausage was cold and dry, eggs were cold. They did not really care because the place was packed on a Sunday but if I’m spending near $30 for brunch I expect a fresh made meal.

The food was pretty good and the portions were very reasonable. At least for what I got. My friend had shrimp and grits which cost as much as mine but portion wise was visibly less. They also started to play live music at some point (drums) with a singer which was a little loud (if you are having an intimate conversation or date) but nice.

FANTASTIC experience! This is the second time I come here with my wife and friends. Definitely one of the best experiences we ever had. Red Rooster in Harlem is a very unique place with it's own great rhythm. We were a group of 4 and came for dinner last Friday. The place was busy (as usual) but we could get a table and sit right away. All the staff was very polite and made ourselves feeling at home. The menu is very complete and has a lot of good options which made it hard for us to choose. The service was faster than expected and the preparation of the food was spot on. Over appetizers, main courses and desserts, we were all highly satisfied with the quality of the food and service. We are definitely coming back...couple more times, at least!

This place was so delicious! But the service is even better than the food. The table staff are so attentive, friendly and accommodating! You wont be disappointed eating dinner here. Not sure I will be back for awhile being from Calgary, Canada but if I am, I'm coming back for more.

Went for my first time last weekend to attend Women In Media’s Holiday Brunch. I loved it! Great food and lovely staff. They went out of their way to make vegan dishes for those who couldn’t eat at the buffet.
