Red Robin of Madison Heights

Always a great place, servers are friendly, food comes out pretty quick. I have never had a bad meal from here. Great for family dinner, friends night, celebrating with a big crowd. They got you covered. Fantastic milkshakes and burgers and fries.

My son and daughter in law were married last Saturday. It was a zoom wedding with a congratulatory car parade. I told the bride and groom I would order them a dinner from wherever they wanted and they picked Red Robin!!! I called in the order and explained to the lady that took the order it was the bride and grooms "wedding dinner". They were so nice, they left notes on all the food containers. The new bride and groom loved it!!! Thank you for making their meal fun and special, and for the extra campfire sauce and milkshakes!!!

I called to order a burger, had a burger in mind that was on the menu on line. But when I called, the young lady that answered the phone, was unpleasant and when I went to place my order and told her what I wanted. she told me they didn’t have that burger anymore. So I asked her was there anything on the menu that was similar to the burger that I can ordered and rudely she said, sir so we don’t sell that burger but you got other options( repeated) rudely!!! she wasn’t willing to help me at all but just give me a rude attitude and Unprofessional. That’s what you get from workers that not grateful at this time to have a job. And customers that come to support when so many are unemployed. 👎🏾

This location has the exact same layout as the only other Red Robin I visited. The service was reliable and personable. All our specifications to our orders were accommodated without difficulty. At the end of the day, this was a good choice for a birthday meal.
