Red Robin Gourmet Burgers AND BREWS

Seated quickly in a nice location. Waiter was there quickly. Took our order and returned to tell us they were out of Red Spanish Sangria. What?!?Asking for no tomato doesn’t seem to work.Burgers seem smaller. The employees appear to have a great time talking and laughing with each other and not filling drinks.Very cold dining area. Does the kitchen staff control the thermostat?

The waiter was ok for the most part. (He was fairly new) as far as the food goes I ordered my burger to be done and it came out rare. The first guy surprised I ordered came out cold so I had to order another batch. Another order at my table came out completely wrong also there we had to reorder it took over an hour to get it of course once we did it was cold. We were told to sit in the back waiting for a while. We've had the exact same experience at the Red Robin at Columbiana mall also. Except there and took several more time to get our order right finally.

It started out good. But the food came and waitress handed my plate across the otherside of the table and it all went down for me. The tray/plate hit my glass of cold water that landed on me and the floor. No apology offered no help in cleaning up our area. No offer to bring me another glass of water. Someone had to ask if I could get another glass of water and something to help get up the water. I actually told them I don't want anything from her at that point. So she never brung anything to help us get all the water that's now all over the floor up but she did come back and pick up my burger that I had not started to eat yet. We came to celebrate my daughter graduating from paramedics school left cold and wet. Not the way I planned to leave and I know accidents happen but when it does take responsibility and apologize. Offer to be of assistance don't just keep passing the food out and you have a spilled drink all over the floor. Not happy with my service.
