The food was great! Service was spectacular Alexis was our server!! We even had Brian the manager visit our table to see how our service was as well as our dining experience also got us refills without even asking him. I can tell with the leadership in place here Red Robin will be a great family environment in Middletown! Great job all around we will be back!!!

Fast, friendly, clean, and easy to customize your drink and meal. What else could you ask for? My waitress was especially awesome!

3 October 2019. Alyssa was our server and did a good job. The food was fast and delicious. I had a small problem with the mens room and the Manager on duty, Chris Coco, fixed it himself very quickly. 21 October 2019. Emily was a great server. We had the fish and chips. We asked for extra Tarter Sauce for the fish and Blue Cheese for the fries. It all came quickly and everything was too hot to eat. The Peach tea was a nice surprise for us and we will be back again.

I've gone to the new RR in Middletown at least 3 times, the service was good, the place is clean, waiting time 10min, and the food is delicious! Ive had 3 of the veggie burgers and so far the turkey I love the most!! Chicken and regular are good too. Mc n' cheese is very good. The Onion rings are banging!!! The portions are more than enough!! 5 stars so far. Keep up the good job!!👏👏
