Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Have eaten here before and it was ok. A few errors. Tonight it was better. We picked a bar area table. The bartender took our order. I wanted cheddar, extra tomatoes and pickle on the Reds Tavern burger. No problem! Next trip got a more expensive cheeseburger wasn't as good. Gave us coke refill in our diet cokes. Inconsistent.

This is literally the nastiest food I have ever had. It's not fresh beef it a frozen patty. Food was cold. The bun was stale. Way over priced for the quality of food. McDonald's has a better quality than here!

Recently ate here and the experience was not what I was expecting. 1. No one was bussing the tables, so the hostess was bussing and cleaning tables. Which in return left for a long wait time to get seated. 2. Was seated at the table for about 10 min. before someone came to get our drink order. Mainly due to lack of servers that were working. 3. When our food came to the table, everything was cold, again due to no one running the food to the tables (lack of servers).4. When we ordered more bottomless fries, only half a basket was brought (maybe 10 fries).5. The only food item that was hot was the kids pasta that I ordered at the end of our meal. 6. When we needed booster seats half way through our meal, no one was to be found and I had to find the seats myself and get them.

Well we have tried this place a few times and still just not impressed. Their burgers are very underwhelming. The service is good and the restaurant is clean but their food is just not worth the money even with the all you can eat fries..

Food at Red robins is often satisfactory as well as the atmosphere while you'll find the restaurant very messy. Bathrooms are very messy and often foul, tables covered with food ,with a plethora of idle servers and employees walk over top the mess littering the carpet all day. This was a recurring issue each time I visited with the last visit being months ago, thought I would try and switch it up and order the food to go and called with a question about how many fries are sent out with the rest of the order (giventhat they are unlimited in house). Called five times, three in a row and two about 15 minutes later to no avail until I gave up and chose a different restaurant.

Have only ate here twice, was able to be seated as soon as we entered. While ordering the waitress ask what we wanted as far as steak fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. My wife got sweet potato fries with the the option of she didn't like them could get steak fries. I ordered onion rings thinking the was endless like the fries. Come to find out they are not. So next time I will know, but she did allow me to get steak fries. The part I did not care for is the waitress being a little eager to clear things off the table. Had sauce on the table to dip fries in. She took it before I was done so I ask for more. Was no problem in getting more. Just wait til costumers are done before removing things from the table.

Food came out within 10 minutes of ordering, great server.

These burgers are no joke good my dudes. They have a very large variety and of course great bottomless fries. Highly recommend 👍

Everything was amazing from the servers to the food. My family will be back and bringing more people. Truly great addition to Clarksville IN. Yummm

Love it! We went there 2 weeks ago for the first time, and already went back again. I was never willing to pay $15 for a burger before; then I had to go just to see what the fuss was about. I found out that it was so worth the $15. Just as good as a fancy steak dinner

Service could have been a little better but wasn't bad. Burger was cooked correctly but light on the BBQ sauce, meanwhile my wife's burger was excellent

We stopped by for lunch and had a good time. The burgers was really good and our server was really nice.

I love Red Robin. They have the best sandwiches and the bottomless fries is a huge plus.Recently I tried their A1 Peppercorn burger and was thoroughly impressed. I'm a very picky eater and usually when I find something somewhere, that I like, I get it every time. So, when I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and try something different and it was delicious, that's a huge plus in my book.Honestly, I have yet to try anything from here that I haven't liked. Plus the staff is always really friendly.If I have any complaint at all it's that I wish the pickle slices they use for their fried pickles were bigger.
