Give or take it’s usually always good. Gump is the best waiter ever in the whole world! Literately makes you feel like your at home and keeps the kids giggling even on the busiest I’ve ever seen it... Gump keeps it together and rocks!

Good food, good service, outrage prices. NASTY bathroom! When I mentioned to a staff member that the bathroom was nasty she informed me that they have a service that cleans it after close every night.... SO THAT MEANS THE BATHROOM IS INKY CLEANED ONCE A DAY!!!! That is so GROSE! well not eat there again just because of that. If your do eat there.... Bring something to wash the toilet with yourself!

This is honestly one of the best Burger restaurant chains in the US. I love eating here. It is a bit pricey, because it is gourmet, but it is so worth it. With free refills for drinks, bottomless fries, and amazing taste it is great! We love this place and I have never had a bad time here.Best place for a tasty burger and bottomless fries. Good selection of beers and lemonades. Clean restaurant and good service.

Good burger, great fries. Service was friendly and courteous. Prices were a bit more then I expected but the food was tasty and even had some left over for the puppies.

The family stopped in for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. All of our food was fresh and cooked properly and everything we asked for was provided with the meal. We had a really great server named Gump who was totally on his server game. I think he is the best server we've had at Red Robin. He was friendly, professional, attentive and paid attention to detail and brought what we asked for the first time which is unusual at Red Robin where we usually have to ask multiple people for something before we get it.

We stopped going here for a while because the service was mediocre and the food was not as good as when they first opened. Today, they had an issue with their fryer and the server was AMAZING and took great care to let us know in advance and still meet all of our family of 5 +1 extra kids demands!! He was very helpful with questions and kept drinks refilled before we had to ask. All of the food was great and kids were kept busy without much wait between appetizers and meal. Overall a much better experience!

One of my favorite restaurants. Staff is always friendly, dining areas are always clean, and the food is delicious. Has a good menu and even includes options for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan now! Highly recommend.

According to their website, Red Robin uses fully-refined soybean oil in their fryers. Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer separate from items containing dairy, fish, shellfish, and wheat products.

You contact the store. While dining there they will take care of it, have had them take care of any problems when brought to attention while dinning. But you can call tomorrow when they open and talk to a manager about your experience.
