Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This is normally a family favorite for us. It has rapidly declined. Kiddos took me for my bday. Took 2 hours from being immediately seated to finishing food. Took forever to come out & was literally cold when it did. Had to request new. Bathrooms were so bad they were not usable. Waitress shared that it is so bad now that they have new management that sometimes they go home and cry. I ordered the plant based burger option and was served beef, after explaining that I am allergic to beef! Called corporate next day and they emailed me a $15 voucher for a future visit. Ridiculously disappointed. This restaurant used to be great.

I have dined in numerous times ans service and food was great. Today was my first time for carry out and I'm disappointed. I placed an order for GrubHub and food would be ready at 11:55. I pulled into the parking spot at 11:55 and then I was alerted on my phone that my order was ready. So I called the number on the sign to let him know I was there and the girl said she would get my food out and hung up did not ask my name. About 10 minutes later a woman came out to ask what my name was I told her and she said she would get my food out. At 12:15 she brought her food out to we thanked her and left. As we were driving away looking at our food our food was cold french fries were rubbery. Do you think having to wait 15 minutes for order to be brought out it would at least been hot. I think we'll stick to dining in for now on

Loved Red Robin. Great fry choices! Only negative was they were out of a vegetarian option.
