Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Ordered the simple chicken sandwich and it was fine. The steamed broccoli side was terrible; pretty sure it was freezer burnt, which was really disappointing. The Whiskey BBQ burger had good flavor but a little on the dry side. Just an fyi, the burger patties are 75/25, which is disappointing for a "gourmet burger restaurant". Service was great! Overall, not a great experience and I feel there are much better restaurants that serve similar food for comparable prices.

The restaurant was very dirty food is overpriced for what it is. Service was terrible I would strongly advise staying away from this Red Robin

We went in to the restaurant about 30 mins before they were to close. I have to say, we had exceptional service, and the food was hot freshly cooked. Our tea and water glasses were never empty. They did not rush us in any way. Thank you Brandon!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I was having a terrible day working instead of getting ready to watch the super bowl and was greeted with infectious smiles and kindness. My attitude is 100% better.

First time in and it was great I look forward to trying all the burgers and fries

The food was wonderful and the layout of the seating area we were in was very comfortable! Looking forward to eating here again the next time we are in Norman.

Burgers are just amazing from here. The fries are worth the extra weight. Service is how it should be. I would recommend your cheat day here.

The veggie burger was fine, but waiter doesn't understand vegan options (cheese isn't vegan and neither is mayonaise). Would be nice if they had more training.

Used Uber Eats to order food tonight. The driver gave me the wrong food so I called the restaurant to see if they still had my food. I spoke with the nicest manager who stated they would remake it. It wasn’t their problem but she made sure I was taken care of. I do t remember her name but I truly appreciate her.

First off, I'll say we had a new server and he was fantastic and did everything he could to help out. Now, onto the problems. We received our food in a timely fashion, but half of the order was wrong. The server did repeat back our order to us before sending it to ensure it was right. The food that we did get was very luke warm and kinda blah. 2 people ordered broccoli and it was brown and smelled off. When we got our replacement food, it was still wrong in the same exact way and took longer to get the original order. The manager never came out to ask about the issues and seemed to leave all the servers high and dry. We heard more than one server apologizing to tables and he never left the window except to comp tickets and seated one table. On top of all that, the bottomless fries were never ready.

Some good burgers and fries. Always has been hot and fresh off the grill. Very friendly staff and awesome service. I would recommend that place.

We ate there for the first time on newsyear Eve the one in Norman okla and loved it and we will definitely be back. Can't remember our waitress name but she had purple hair. She was awesome very good waitress

The service was good as the burger was too and the bottomless steak fries were top notch

Horrible service. 5 minutes to get seated. Ordered wings. The wings were put on top of the fries, getting sauce all over fries. Took several minutes to get a refill for one drink. Over 15 to get refill on other drink. Phone alarm was going off for several minutes behind bar, very loudly. Just bad service.
