Slow very slow dose not give unlimited frys

Good spot. Slow at times for servers to acknowledge your presence.

Stopped in a few months ago and we both had burgers and fries! Pretty good food! Endless fries! Service was ok!

The food is very good. Love the onion rings. It's loud though and they need kid sized flatware.

Brought my husband to Red Robin for his first visit and we had a great lunch together and had great service to!!

Red Robin in Holyoke is a good choice for your dining needs. On my last visit, Mary, our server, was very prompt with taking our order and returning with our drinks. Another server brought out our food to ensure it was served hot, as Mary was busy taking another tables order. The teamwork at this restaurant really does help to create an enjoyable dining experience. I enjoy their Bacon Cheeseburger with steak fries on the side. We tried the sweet potato fries, and they are very good. They offer Red Robin Royalty ® program which gives you Free Birthday Burger, Every 10th Item Free and more. It's a chain, it has all the positives (consistency, etc.) and very few negatives

The food was decient but the wait was unacceptable. I have been to different red robins and other similar chains and it's clear that something went wrong.I was having lunch with my toddler so a quick meal and red's seemed like a good idea. 15min wait to be seated is not too bad but another 10 min to talk to a server is kinda pushing it. After placing my order it then took another 5-10 min to get beverages was also on the slow side.Something went wrong in the kitchen (the waitress wouldn't tell me what) and it took 40-50 min for a burger and Mac n cheese. Long story short, my quick lunch took just under 2 hours for a burger and Mac n cheese.

Really good burger. I had a great experience here.

I would love to thank all the staff for understanding my grandchild was not feeling well. I am so Sorry that she had gotten sick, not your fault. But thank you for understanding it does happen.

Food was awesome. Service was very fast. Our waiter was extremely nice! Great family atmosphere.

The service was great. I loved the way they organized everything we ordered in the bag and the safety precautions they took through out the process. The only thing was that the fries were kind of soggy, but other than that the order was great.

Could be better. I've had iffy service multiple times and the food has come out cold a bunch. You really roll the luck dice when you come here. I wish you all luck

Today 12/24 i call to.place a carry out order.. 1st her Name.was Shay she didn't kinda take.my order because the restaurant was closing in 25 mins..second when i went to.pick up my order she took for ever.. 2nd when she bring my order was wrong i order salad with some specific no bacon no torrilla strio..and blue chesse dressing and no jalapeño ring.. My salad got everything i said i dnt want it.She give me the wrong dressing i told her..when she came back she trough the dressing insode the bag i check was empty.. told her was empty the lil cup she was arguing she put the dressing inside.. so.i show her was empty..she took.off and doing uughhhh.. went to get a new cup...when ingot.home i noticed was the wrong dressing again.. she got bad attitude, .this is the 2nd time my order was wrong and the personal with bad attitude...im wont go there again

My daughter and I love to come here as a casual quick stop. Every time we have a great experience.
