Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Would definitely recommend eating here. Excellent vibes, delicious dishes, excellent customer service. I recommend this place.

Update: Turns out I make better food at home than Red Robin! And is served HOT. The way food should be. If you want the best sometimes you just have to do it for your self and save some money while your at it. 😉 Now back to the boring review I left for this place..Been coming here for years.. Staff is usually friendly and food is OK. My only thing is I wish they can serve the food hot. It a bit annoying to get your food and then served warm. I don’t like to send the food back. But sometimes I do just to reheat or to remake the order right again.

This is a hard review since this chain does some things extremely well and some things poorly. This is is the cheapest chain of all of them for the portions they give you and the burgers are tasty. The fries are underwhelming, as is the Mac and Cheese. The service is super slow. This averages out to a 4* for me, though, since the prices and main entrees are such a good deal. Definitely try a side other than the steak fries, though.

the waitress was great! There was no one there so no wait time. We were seated as soon as we walked in. My salmon was good. The broccoli was not steamed or seasoned. the spiked lemonade is AMAZING!

There was a human hair 2 1/2 inches long in my daughter's burger. It was disgusting. Would never eat here again. I will definitely tell people not to eat here ever.

We were seated and got no service for 15 min. Nobody was in the place. The waitresses were laughing and talking. We left. Then they said have a nice day. I don't know why they did not wait on us. They ignored us like we were not even there when we tried to call them over.

Upon arrival the bottom of our table was gross. Full of paper towels and food left behind from customers before us. Did not get a children’s menu or utensils upon being seated. Service was slow. Food took a while to come out, but was hot and tasty. I doubt I’ll be back.

Everyone was super friendly! Josh our waiter was fantastic and got everything on point. (Perfect) They even took us when it was 10 min before closing and got our order in a timely manner.I loved every second! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME AND ENJOY RED ROBIN AND THEIR BOTTOMLESS FRIES!♥️

I come here once in a while with my family. We generally have a good experience here. The burgers are always on point. Service is usually decent. What I really enjoy is that there is never a wait when we go. Unlike other restaurants in the area, this one is emptier so we are seated right away. I also enjoy free refills on fries. As for the wait staff, they are usually pretty decent. I find that overall they are on the young side and maybe because of that they are a little less attentive. I've had only one bad service which was like 2 years ago but to be fair it was an isolated incident and overall they are ok.

I always get the bottomless rootbeer float although I consume only one :0

Burgers, sweet potato fries, deserts are awesome; service is great. A little waiting but no big deal, food made it worth the wait. My 5th star is for an impeccable restroom! Thanks and much success RR!!

I visit this lovely spot many times a year! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this place frequently. The meals are great, the crew is helpful and the prices are good. I like being in this place for a decent dinner.

Red Robin is a great place to dine with family and friends! Their loyalty program is fabulous! The burgers are served with endless fries! Personally I love the big stack of onion rings with two sauces. The desserts are good but we hardly get to them. This is a great place to celebrate birthdays! You can also substitute garlic fries or sweet potato fries for an additional charge. They are endless too! Recently my daughter ordered a vanilla milkshake and we ALL wanted it! Yum...And don't forget the Freckled Lemonade!

Extraordinary ambience and super welcoming service. The meals were fresh and yummy. Will absolutely recommend this spot to anyone. Convenient rates and generous meals. Good job.

Great place for teens and 20 somethings. Also really good choice for families with kids. You have a refill option on certain sides and drinks ! This place is fast with your food but just ok on taste. It seems to be the trend on chain restaurants. The decor was modern ,so it beats out some of there out of date competitors. The service is friendly. They are very good about walking you through the menu. Also ,the credit card pay machines at each table is really cool. Servers are freed up to not deal with cards and the business has one less thing to worry about as far as c.c disputes are concerned. All and all a solid place . On par with a dinner at the same price point !
