Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

4 stars to the restaurant, and 5 stars to our server Hunter. The best service I’ve ever had!! The food was great. See pics. The manager came by to check on us. Service couldn’t be better. Not to crowded. Burgers,wraps, salads etc. highly recommend this place. Thanks again Hunter. Keep it up.

Was the first time we had ever ate here. Burgers were worth the price and you get a choice of bottomless side. The only set back really was the server was training a new one and they took a little longer to check on the table. Would recommend to others who have not been here or to any at all.

Loved the service and have been multiple times. Will always go back they have amazing burgers for absolutely amazing prices especially when you combine their offers in your birth month!

Fast service to be set, waitress was prompt attentive and very knowledgeable. Appetizer came out fast and was cooked right, child's grilled cheese came out as well which was great to occupy him while we waited on our entrees. Food came out perfectly timed and was fresh, cooked exactly to order. Whole experience was phenomenal. Definitely recommend the cluckers with fries in the Buzzard sauce if you like a good heat!

We had to travel from Florence to pick up some things and decided to stop by get dinner. During this pandemic we have done take from a few different places. This was genuinely the best food. The burger was great, the boneless wings were good, and the Mountain High Mudpie was OMG!!! Definitely will be back once we can sit and enjoy!

Really good. Burned a hole in my pocket. Outstanding milkshakes, though I don't think our server liked me, she was still good though. Definitely recommend.

Hunter was an awesome waitress. Her timing was perfect and she was super sweet. She was knowledgeable about the menu and patient while we ordered. Five star waitress!

I know fast food restaurants can be a hit or miss, but surprisingly this location was very good through the whole process. We had 9 people in our party and had to wait only 15 minutes to be seated. The manager chatted with us during that wait and was very nice. We ordered a couple of appetizers to get the kids situated since we were having a late lunch. I ordered the whiskey river burger with a side salad. I should have passed on the salad because it was limp and the cucumbers were soft. The burger was delicious and the garlic fries my husband got were surprisingly very garlicky. I ordered my daughter a kids meal pasta which was enough to split it between her and my niece, both toddlers. The total wasn't too bad but we did order a lot of food and went home stuffed!

We had a wonderful, friendly waitress. She suggested trying the El Ranchero burger. Best recommendation ever! The burger was amazing. My husband got his medium and mine was well done. Both were very juicy and full of flavor. Definitely a must try! As this item is limited time get it while you can. The restaurant was also very clean. We enjoyed our time here and the food.

5 stars is still a low mark. Deserves 10 stars. Very good food. Excellent service!!! Keep up the good work. You guys should educate the ones in ohio

Pricey but very good food and atmosphere for a burger place
