Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin has a great selection of choices. Some of my friends really appreciate getting their burgers low carb (lettuce instead of a bun). Service is fast, friendly, and attentive.

The fries taste simply delicious. While they sometimes come cold, the overall quality of them more than makes up for the occasional lack of heat. However, when asking for cheddar cheese on my fries, they gave me beer cheese. This bothered me, but my second platter of fries was still great. The chicken strips I ordered were simply amazing. The ranch quality complemented their flavor perfectly. I will be going here again, and recommend it.

First visit...we loved it..bottomless fries, sweet potato fries, beer/liquor or fountain drinks, lively place ..great place to hang out and enjoy great food!

Usually great staff, one manager (the big bald guy) goes out of his way to make your experience great. The decor is pretty nice although its a bit loud the food is worth it and it feels homely. Never had a problem other than the occasional rude waitress but since most of the experience like payment is automated by the tableside tablets you get over it. Fries re the staple here you'll never leave feeling unfilled.

Good food, good prices, fast service. Friendly waitstaff. I'm giving it a 3 because it is always way too loud. I think they need to remodel to alleviate the problem. The open concept doesn't work anymore!

Great food. Great service. They are happy to customize burgers as you resquest it. They have got lot of food choices starting from kids to adults.

I've never had a bad trip to red robin! I love this place! It's our go to eat out place because the food is great as well as the service. You are usually in and out pretty quickly. I haven't tried any food I don't like and the bottomless fries are pretty awesome! Oh and the bottomless strawberry freckled lemonade is a must have! Highly recommend Red Robin!

Fries were cold, but they made good on it and then some. Bottom bun of burger was almost non existent as it was so soggy. Unable to even pick it up, had to eat with a fork. On the plus side it was delicious either way. Service was slow, waited quit long to pay the bill in cash. Finally left it with the manager.

Places on order with the staff (not the to go line). Arrived 25 min later and the order was incorrect. Asked them to fix. Kid helping me and that took my order was phenomenal, but management was an absolute joke. Asked for two plain burgers and THREE TIMES in one hour they brought me loaded burgers. He hid from me. They ended up crediting my card but I lost the tip. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT !!!!! Horrible!!!!! MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!!

Went on a Saturday night. Half hour wait for a table. For six of us. Still had great service. We have a Loyaty card, and we had a birthday so a free burger/meal and they also brought us a small sundae which we appreciated. Will go back!(if I had one complaint, the waitress seemed in such a hurry that she would ask us what else we needed, then walk away to go get that before someone else could say what they also needed. So she had to make several trips, where as if she had waited for all of us, it would've been one trip)

Chain burgers. They're good, and they're consistent. Lil loud...and you'll have to endure the birthday song at least once, but for the money it's good. An easy go to. Plus bottomless fries so... Enjoy!

Not impressed. Guy tried to sit me and my boyfriend at one of those tiny half table half booth things, we asked if we could sit in a booth. Didnt seem happy about that, said hed try to find us one (???) Came back about 2 min later and sat us at a booth. Took 5+ min for drink order. Someone came and dropped our food off, asked if we needed anything we said ranch and campfire. Never saw that girl again. Our waitress came around and got us some a little while later. Waitress was nice and was on top of fresh fries for us. I appreciated her. Just seems like they are not very organized or with it as a whole there.
