Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin was not at it's best this evening. Long wait to be seated. Appetizer came pretty quick after being seated. It took quite some time to put in our order. And food was Luke warm when it arrived to our table and fries were really cold. Second batch arrived hot and tasty. Crazy busy night there.

The burgers and services are as good as you can expect. The building and furnishings are worn and bordering on shabby. It's time for a refresh.

The Veggie burger was great! And our Server... I think her name was Lilly she was the best server! Recommend for Vegans and for those who are not! Plus bottomless fries are bomb!

If you want a good burger, this is a good place to find it. I've had the mushroom and Swiss cheese burger and one of the Tavern style burgers. Both were very good and filling, a long with the endless steak fries. On my last visit, I split the Mud Pie dessert with my friend. It was huge, and delicious with real whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle. Our server was friendly and made sure we had what we needed.

The food was good, but all the French fries were cold. They have bottomless fries so getting more was not an issue. The service was good, not great, but passable. A manager brought us a tablet that we could look up their menu items that avoid the food allergies one of the grandkids has, that was quite helpful. We love the tower of onion rings but we couldn't get them today because they weren't on the allergy safe list. Bummer!

Service was great. Hiwever there were many items that were not in stock. Like alvacado or ice cream for the root beer floats.

Was seated in a section and waitress was not told. Not busy when we came in got busier as we sat there. Food was okay but fries and zucchini fries came out late. Took a while to get refills. Just gave up and left.

Burger and Strawberry lemonade good. Salad bad. Tomatoes sour.

Great service and food

Food was good. I was able to reach the bottom of the bottomless fries. I apologized to everyone in the restaurant for taking all of the fries. Potato!

I am vegetarian.If you sign up for the rewards program you will receive a free burger for your birthday.There are 2 vegetarian options to choose from :Gardenburger The impossible burger I chose a garden burger with all the fixins and a cornbread jalapeno bread.Bottomless fries...Yes please !!!I chose the sweet potato fries and added the spice on the table to them which I would highly recommend.The staff there are super nice.

I would like to publicly thank Red Robin for their excellent birthday rewards program. I find it difficult to recall any restaurant that had such a generous program. A burger for your birthday month? For real? I loved it. Our server, Maddy was the best. Food was hot and drinks were kept full. Thank you again!

Love this place, my best friend and I always come here when we can. If you're lucky enough and get Sierra as your waitress, you'll have great service with a smile!

I had one of the worst Burgers I've ever had in my life. It tasted just like a flat Frozen Burger you would get at the grocery store. It was not only pink inside but cold and only partially cooked. If I hadn't waited so long to get it I would have sent it back.

Hands down the best pickup experience during this stay home time. The process is absolutely flawless and the food was delicious. Kudos to the team and everyone involved! Will be back!
