Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin, I really love this place, the Briar Creek location is the best. I love there chicken sandwiches and fish sandwich. Love the bottom less fries with that red Robin seasoning on them, yummy. The staff are very friendly and always so nice. This is a great place!!

Called ahead to place an order for a pizza & fried pickles, got a call about 5 min later informing me they were out of fried pickles. I said no worries! When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the manager approached me, apologized and offered me a free appetizer for my next visit... Totally didn’t have to do that. I wasn’t upset one bit but he went above & beyond and it made me feel good. Will definitely be back 😊

When the extended family is gathering this is one of those nice, fast, reliable spots that can house everyone quickly while they find good food to eat in a nice environment. I don't know if all other Red Robins compare, but as the only one I ever go to this one excels. The food is...pretty okay? For the price its downright amazing sometimes. What I do want to say though is that I've witnessed staff and management here being consistently awesome, beyond the call of duty. They're really timely with serving the table even during busy hours. They've been especially friendly and helpful to my kid a few times too, which earns many, many bonus points.
