Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Exterior and interiorOutside is very clean and have enough parking. The also have a patio section which is nice. The interior was clean as well with pretty big booths. I really like the bar area because its rounded off. Prices.Prices was surprisingly good for the burger you get with them. StaffThey are friendly but don't talk to the customers much. FoodWings i had for an appetizer wasn't bad. The island sauce i had was sweet and tangy.I also had this BBQ burger with caramelized onions on it. The meat patty was tender and juicy.Overall my experience was enjoyable.

Black Friday was a very busy day, but the service was fast, friendly, and the food was served hot off the grill.

Love that they have veggie burgers and the impossible burgers! They have so many varieties of burgers to choose from! Kids menu has good choices too! Did I mention the 'bottomless' food they have?? Like fries, mac and cheese, pasta and so much more! You wont leave hungry that's for sure!

Burger was great except for the bun, too dry and crumbly. Fries were awesome, beer was cold and selection good. Service was excellent, thank you for the effort. Please find a better way to handle the menus, they are too large to be on the table during the meal. We put the whole rack on the floor, not very sanitary. We were four at a square top, probably not a problem for two or at a booth.

Very busy but everything moving quickly

Ordered to go. Arrived on time for scheduled pick-up, but waited an additional 30 minutes. At the very least the meals should have been free. Could’ve cooked my own burgers had I known they’d take an hour and 20 minutes

They have a larger burger selection than other American food places but the burgers taste like any other burger joint.

Food tasted fantastic! Service wait time was poor. My wife and I went at 5:45pm and the place was not busy. We waited 30 minutes at least for burgers...seemed too long. Took ten minutes every time I asked for a refill on my float.

I hate to rate them so low. We have been there 5 or 6 times, and the burgers were almost always amazing. HOWEVER... When we got some for takeout today, our burgers were barely warm, our fries extremely soggy, and the burgers were a mess when we got them out of there packages. For some reason, we didnt even like the taste of the burgers this time as well, which is very rare for us. Something to also note.. I requested no pink in my burger, and it was very pink. I hope they do better once the inside seating opens back up. It will take me a long time to want to eat here again.

Can anyone not sing Red Robin Yum? Shakes were great, food quick, service awesome. What I dislike is restaurants going to automatic checkout. I like my server doing it and I know they get my tip.
