Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Service was not the best. When my wife and I arrived there were about 10 people waiting to be seated and about 16 empty tables. It took about 20 minutes for us to get seated. Once we were seated the waitress was there promptly to take our order. But we had to wait 20 minutes for our food to come, and when it came our soup was cold. The waitress did take it back and bought us some hot soup. We have eaten here before and never encountered such bad service in the past. I think everyone was having a bad day. I will give them chance because their food is good.

Never coming here again! Ordered onion rings you couldn’t even eat them they were falling apart asked for new one n all they did was refry the ones I sent back extra greasy. I ordered well done burgers instead I got pink ones! At this point I was just aggravated didn’t want to wait longer. Bathrooms dirty, paper towels over flowing.

The Chocolate milk shakes were delicious. I ordered the salmon sandwich. Overall it was okay. I mentioned to the new manager there was too much bread for size of the filet. I thought our server did a good job.

Burgers are huge and well cooked . There are toppingsthatalmost anyone can be happy about. Love them fries with the special seasoning on the the table .

Super good food. Great waitress. Got good refills of drinks and bottomless fries. Went during dinnertime.

Wouldn’t recommend this resturant. Came and waited 30 minutes to sit. We waited an hour for our food and they still messed up our order. The Cesar salad didn’t have Cesar sauce. The Mac and cheese don’t taste like anything. Also the waiter grabbed our onion rings with her bear hands. That was disgusting. I wouldn’t not come here again so save your money for somewhere else if you read this. Service was horrible.

Train wreck of an experience.First, my son had to use the restroom. There is obviously no system on keeping the restroom clean. I can guarantee that if an employee used the restroom here, their hands are not clean when they leave. I didn't take a close up of the door handle but please, god, do not touch it. It quite possibly has never been cleaned.Next, when we got our food, everything was cold. Seven meals. Room temperature. Every item. Not even left-under-a-heat-lamp temperature. I told the waitress and she told me she would get us some fresh fries!!! What about the fish, or the four burgers, or the kids mac-n-cheese, or the grilled cheese.We asked for the manager who said she would remake everything personally but at that point we lost our appetite.

Good burgers and good fries.But not my favorite place because there are so many other restaurants with good burgers and fries. But Red Robin has good food.

The veggie burger was delicious and sweet potato fries with garlic butter on it..oooh amazing. The drink was delicious as well.

Food great service ok waitress too bust chit chatting i guess fora big tip. I wanted more service and less conversation then i would have given 5 stars. Im glad she was super friendly just not super helpful

This Red Robins location is relatively new. We have been to this location several times. Each time we have had a great experience. Starting with the service, all of our waiters and waitresses have been hospitable. The food is always hot and delicious. The menu has a variety of burgers, which entices us to try different ones every time. The prices are very reasonable and the bottomless fries are an added bonus. They also have a 21 and over side of the restaurant just in case you don't want to sit at tables near children. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with low lighting and captivating pictures.

So my girl and I had to wait for 45 minutes! On our food.. and yea when we finally received our food it was COLD :/ soooo 45 min wait for cold food great but we got to talk to the Manager and supposedly a cook walked out on the job and that’s why the food took forever to come out.. so I guess they only have one guy making hamburgers.. however our server did a good job so props to him 👏🏽

1st time eating at Red Robbin... Very pleased with the food, with the service plus with the environment... Will definitely visit again..

Bottomless fries are always good, but the burgers are great too! Our server was super friendly and helpful. They have an electronic thing at the table that you can actually hit to call for a server if you need something right away (it blinks red on top). I also had a frozen strawberry basil margarita that was yummy (perfect amount of alcohol and sweetness to it).

Wow... the service was so friendly and fast. We had other dinner plans but that restaurant was filthy so we came here and we were glad we did.
