Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I enjoy Red Robin. They have great fries and burgers. No matter the location you know you are going to have great fun and friendly staff and the food will be consistent and great tasting done correctly ot they are more than willing to correct any issues. It can get very crowded and noisy at times depending on the timing of your day.

Went to Red Robin had french fries and drinks. Waiter was very friendly and professional never got his name even though he told use when we arrived. I know he had a name tag but I never even looked at it. My niece did notice I think she said his name was Jeremy. I was really thankful of his spirit and helpfulness. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times I said I would come back as the service is great!

Was going to get the Whiskey River Burger, but saw this one on the promo menu! I like the bit of sweetness, from the teriyaki sauce, and the veggies! Super tasty, and I would definitely get this again! *I came to use my free birthday burger promo, and the server wasn't sure if I could use it on a promo burger. He talked to the manager, and he/she said she didn't know if that would qualify, but that it wouldn't be a problem. I thought that was really great!

Amazing burger place. I really love burgers and this place didn’t disappoint at all. I tried veggie burger and garlic fries and really I was happy with both of these food items. This place was super busy but it took just 5 minutes for us to get a table and food was also ready within minutes

I love my burger it was super good however my son Burger was burnt and it was also his birthday and they didn't even sing him happy birthday or anything and even the waiter had set her fries on the windowsill to eat and I handed him and said these were on the window so she says oh those are mine I was hungry. They also got our bill wrong this is the first time that this had went bad and I spent $35 for nothing but bad service and rude people around me I am very disappointed I have never regretted this place before but we have been there before and it's been rather good however my stomach has been hurting ever since I ate there I know I will not be spending $35 to eat there anymore especially after it was supposed to be my son's birthday dinner and they didn't even give him a birthday surprise they gave him a burnt Burger instead

Talk about a complete overhaul of their service! We said we would never come here again because of the bad service. What a night and day difference! Excellent service from everyone there and especially our server Megan. She was awesome and on-point from the beginning, middle and end of our dinner. Even brought extra mac n’ cheese for my two nephews, just in case. A+ service! Will be coming back again.
