Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The food took forever to get to the table. The burgers were undercooked. The fish was greasy. They ran out of the jalapeno ranch dip. It was a serious let down. The best part of our meal was our server Leah. Very friendly. As far as the food went.... I should have gone to Burger King.

Our server, Anna, was a lovely attentive server. The chicken tortilla soup was more like stew than soup. No spice at all, a tiny dollop of sour cream I couldnt even finish it was so gross. My husband ordered the french onion soup which was extremely salty, 1 piece of onion, alot of bread. Red Robin needs to shape or ...........

Empty glasses. Food not cooked to order, taken back, and still not cooked right. Steak fries brought out instead of garlic fries. Overall disappointing. I specifically asked for 2 eggs so there would be enough yolk for the whole burger. No yolk either time. Might as well have went to McDonald's.

The waiter or waitress taking the order is the person who needs to bring the food to the table. Food was good but my son had to eat last all he ordered was a grilled cheese sandwich, we were completely done eating by the time the grilled cheese came to the table.

Red Robin has consistently good burgers. I was disappointed when I was presumptively charged 20% on my online order that I then went and picked up. (I ordered, I picked up.) During this quarantine we are trying to support local business. I ALWAYS tip, but I want it to be my choice - not just a guaranteed up charge.

Under staffed as always. Open tables but an hour wait! The waiting room was packed we were stuck waiting in the check in line with folks trying to get in and out through a crowd. Definitely not safe if there was an emergency. Service was great though. Poor girl held it together with all said and done!

A good, reliable meal. Fast, friendly service for my to-go order!

In person service is really hit or miss, but it's never great. Food to go orders and app orders are atrocious. We love the menu but this location just doesn't try very hard.

The burgers are good. The service is good. They'll give you a free fry cup when you're waiting for your takeout order.

Excellent service & burgers. Sweet potato fries and fireside sauce are a great pair. Parking can be an issue during busy times.

I'm not certain that I agree that the burgers are "gourmet" but they are varied and tasty. Oddly enough I think their fish and chips is one of the best offerings around.

Good food but kinda steep and not very good service. We ordered a lot of food and the onion soup that we asked for first came last & it was cold. Special sauces, actually all the sauces we ordered were given. We waited an extremely long time for our food to be subpar & than we were rushed out. I will don't spend my hard earned money there again

Really bad experience here. Poor, inattentive service and no accountability from management. Party of 6, I ordered a bottomless house salad and never got it delivered even after several prodding questions to our waitress. Didn't end up getting a meal and then the salad wasn't even comped though the waitress promised the manager would do that. Decided to pay the $5 instead of wait another 20 minutes for the server to reappear. Don't eat here.

I had an old gift card so ordered online today for pickup for lunch. Strange that the website gives you an option for "Crispy" fries? Aren't normal fries supposed to be crispy? Haha. Burger was great as usual. Fries were "crispy" (less mushy, which I liked). I also grabbed a bowl of the "Chilli Chilli" which was horrible.. Its some kind of dry beef hash with black beans thrown in. Tastes like what I imagine dog food tastes like. I took one bite and tossed that in the trash. Nice waste of $5. Overall, kinda unsatisfied. Not sure when I'll go back.
