Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Love the cali chicken sandwich. 86 the fries and get a side salad. I asked foe extra dressing. They brought a whole other side salad. I ate what i could. I'm stuffed😃

What's the point of going out to a high prices burger place when I must pay my own bill. Service is good. Friendly staff. Just not a fan of the disconnect at the table. Food is good and a nice place to bring family.

Always pretty good service despite how busy it is. This time was to go order, guy gave me fries in a cup while i waited and was super respectful. Keep whatever his name is on!

Good burger selection. Variety of drinks and desserts. There can be a wait during peak times. Prices are average and staff is usually friendly.

Always great at red robin at this location, servers are very respectful and professional. Knowledgeable on food allergies which is a big 2 thumbs up from me since my wife has celiac disease. Food is always great big hive five to the cooks.

My wife and I love the Red In Smokey Smokey point. The location is just perfect. We enjoy going to this location because it is close to our house and the service is great. The food is always good, and great priced.Anyway, thank you Red for picking that for a location, and thank you to all the managers for developing a good team of servers. Lots of impressive take out / pickup restaurants are popping up but red robin is not one of them. Took several prompts, press 1 for english, press 3 for pickup press 1 for curbside, etc. Listen to red robin theme song a few times and a promo then get a guy that can barely speak english! I verified he was at the marysville/smokey Pt red robin and eventually he understood what i wanted. 1 burger curbside! BUT he lied. He was at a master switchboard and told the store i wanted pickup not takeout. I described my big white truck.n trailer also and he still.made it pickup. 18 min anda urr berg be redsied. I gave them 30 min and went inside to find it had been sirting on the counter waiting for me. The young manager offered me a soda free! While i waited for another burger. I said no its been such a bad experience im eating elsewhere. 5 guys burgers across the way. Professional and quick.

We were very disappointed by the order that was delivered to our house. In the notes we stated we wanted ranch multiple times and all we got was one campfire sauce, that we didn't even want. Food was cold and they are only 10 min from our house. We have had other food from other restaurants delivered during the crisis and it has always been hot. In the end we have a microwave, but when I order onion rings and Buffalo style clucks in fries there really should be more than just one tiny thing of campfire sauce coming with it. Also, read the notes that we wanted ranch only. Thanks.

Our server and day was fantastic! We sat in the bar today (Tuesday 10/15/19) around 1pm and she was so busy but was quick to acknowledge us. I'm a server as well and was very impressed on her service today! Thank you🖤

2 friends and I met up for lunch, at The Red Robin in Smokey Point. By the time we left we had 8 different servers. To make it worse they weren't even attentive. Pretty odd and disappointing experience overall.

Service was great, restaurant was clean, we were seated promptly and food was outstanding. I had the MadLove Burger with garlic herb fries [pictured] and my wife had the Mac-n-Cheese entree off the tavern part of the menu. The 1/2 lb burger was medium with a nice char but still very juicy. Everything was very fresh (especially the avocado) and the jalapeño relish on the burger went really well with the candied bacon. Not a lot of heat at all, just enough to balance out the sweetness. The marinated tomatoes had a nice tartness that added just the right amount of acid so the sweetness wasn't cloying. Fries were amazing, perfectly cooked and soft on the inside with a crisp exterior. My wife loved her entree as well. They ran out of 16 oz beer glasses so they brought me a 22 oz at the price of a 16. Server was friendly and attentive. All in all a great dining experience. We'll be back!

Worst Red Robin experience ever. Our server was changed after taking the order. We were told the other server had to go to “manager training” but she was still out serving other people the whole time we were there.Drinks were wrong and order was not placed for us properly to be able to reorder drinks from the Ziosk.Our server ignored us as she walked around so we never resolved the issue. We eventually got one of the runners to help out but still never got drink refills or bottomless fry offerings.I also mentioned we were here for my daughter’s birthday, which was never acknowledged. I am 38 years old and this is the first time in my life I have experienced this at Red Robin. They even sang to the table next to us... and it was the same server!This is also not my first time having this quality of experience in this location. I highly recommend closing this location and reopening in Arlington. Good help is just too hard to come by in this area.
