Red Robin

The food is great, but the service runs kind of slow. The wait staff seems to be very kind and generous, but appear to be stretched too thin. Overall my Madlove burger was great, the garlic fries were delicious, and I enjoyed the taste of my wife's Ensenada chicken.

Great service, good food, fair prices. They did overcook the burger based on my order (I ordered rare... received well done).

Food good when we finally got it but not hot like it sat around before serving. Service was not good very slow waitress kept going into kitchen area and gone for awhile like she was cooking our order herself. Items came back wrong paid extra for garlic fries all you want got regular fries cold. Wife asked for sauce for sweet potato fries never saw waitress again. Used kiosk at table to pay it was out of paper got no receipt would not let us go back to option e-mail and waited about 10 minutes no waitress for assistance so we left. All this and the place was almost empty three small groups in our big area.

Nice atmosphere. Ask for a table or booth. Got stuck at high top and right leg went numb. Very uncomfortable. Prices are a bit high for what you're getting. Cod (fish and chips) was very greasy, had to strain them out for a while before eating. Grease it was cooked in was old, I'm guessing. Chips are okay, it would be better if seasoned. Service was slow. Found out after waiting for refills that you can hit a button on electronic devices to reorder drinks. There are better choices in The area.

I total disappointment - WORST SERVICE I have had in YEARS!I usually enjoy eating here & while the food was tasty the service was awful. Not only was the server slow coming to take the order, our order arrived well after the people beside us seated after us. After sitting 30 minutes we asked for fries while we waited and were given a refill order to share. The manager said she had no excuse (for which I was glad, wanted an explanation & perhaps compensation), but got nothing other than the kitchen got behind and salmon takes longer. Again, never an issue before and the server never gave an update on the delay. When we left we requested and drink refill and a box for the uneaten food (the delay caused us to not have time to finish our meal), the drink arrived, the server left, the food went home wrapped in a paper towel. The server was at the hostess podium flirting. WORST SERVICE I have had in YEARS!

Me and my cousin had dinner there after driving from Georgia and then a long day at the Mayo clinic! I had not been to a Red Robin since high school and that was 30+ years ago! The food was great and brought back some good memories! Our gorgeous waiter, Jonathan, was a complete gentleman and treated us like we were young ladies and the only ones in the restaurant! He was wonderful, kind, personable, and gave us amazing service! After a long day, it was exactly what we needed! Thank you Red Robin and Jonathan for bringing a much needed smile to my face! 😊

I absolutely love Red Robin because of the family time! We put our phones down and play games together as a family! The food is good but the quality time is better! My favorite restaurant because we always have laughs, good food and great great memories! Thank you Red Robin for allowing the games to be easily accessible to everyone!

Burgers was good. Got the Royal burger...it was okay. Steak fries and the camp fire sauce was great. Jared our server was a bit out of it...took a while to get a refill on drinks and waited to get the camp fire sauce and lemons for my drink.He apologized for forgetting...not his fault they must have been short staffed as it looked like he had 10 tables to cover.Also this place needs a major remodel majority of the booth seats are torn...some the stuffing is coming out of the cushion...Finally...its pretty pricey. Me and my guest plus tip almost $40. For 2 burgers fries and drinks. McDonald's was across the street...could have saved a bundle.

I go here very often for their delicious food. The service is always great! The Bartender Bernard always remembers my weird complicated food order and always has a smile. Makes great mixed drinks too! Can't go wrong with this place. I would recommend that they bring back my Caesar Wraps though! They were delicious!

I give only two stars. This was my first time at Red Robin, Slowly service The waiters take a long time to take the order in fact the host brought us the drinks.The burgers were delicious 😋 AGAIN the waitress took a long time to offer extra fries ... we were almost finished eating. In few words BAD SERVICE
