Great selection of food. They sell a variety of options such as empanada, mamon, cakes, etc. They also sell palabok and halo halo which is a plus as well.

I love red ribbon and so as my kids but this is not the first time actually this is the second time already first It happened maybe it was just a mistake but this time it’s not. I got 2 packages of Ube Ensaymada and Overload ube cake. As I was driving I decided to open 1 of Ensaymada and ate it. I was so surprise when I opened it because it was like nothing inside no ube filling at all. It was floppy but inside totally air. For $16.99 a package with 6 peices inside I should have enjoyed it but no. So as soon as got home I opened another one and its the same as the first one that I opened earlier.This is not right they used to be very good but now its kind a ripped off. Sorry to say it but it is.

Open today. But cannot order in the store. They want me to order via phone. Which they answer and then hang up. It is cold outside. I went out in quarantine to only be frustrated outside in the cold without being allowed to even order. Inconsiderate

Just loved “Moist choco slice”❤️❤️ I am happy after eating their cakes and some other sweet chocolate snacks food… All of the food are equally delicious…

Clean and well maintained store. It's a bakery but they sell hearty lunches. It's on the expensive side and they have very limited combos. I believe the last time I was there, it was 4 combos

Favorite place for deserts. Wish there is one close by but thanks food reminds me way back in the Philippines.

The 1-star is for the quality of the cake. The cake was delicious. However, the customer service is extremely rude. I’m writing on behalf of my husband. He and one of my brothers went to pick up a cake for my friends birthday on Aug 21. We wanted someone to write “Happy birthday” on the cake but the cashier told us that they don’t write special dedication messages. We were very surprised because they have a poster that says they do write special messages and almost all the bakeshops do it for their customers. However, we were declined and very upset. I’m cutting off four stars for the customer service because it was that bad.

If you want to taste the best cakes in Queens, New York - come visit Red Ribbon Bakeshop. This bakeshop serves up classic cakes with a variety of flavors. I highly recommend you get the Mango Cake and Ube cake. But seriously, buy all their cakes. Its that delicious! You wont be disappointed!
