Always a great meal and it's really affordable, especially for the portions. You can easily split a single meal into a lunch and dinner, although it's so good I often end up eating it all in one sitting. Huge variety, definitely recommend getting something from the traditional menu if you're adventurous, it's all amazing. Of course, classic american orange chicken is is never a bad choice either. This place was super busy but food was not good. We ordered beef dish, honey chicken and soup. Chicken was all breading, soup didn’t taste like hot/sour soup I’ve had elsewhere and the crispy bits were soggy. We won’t go back

This is currently my favorite Chinese restaurant in town! The food is always excellent. What stands out to me the most is the freshness of their produce. They also make excellent flavors! We always order for pickup online. They package everything securely so that nothing leaks, which I appreciate.

i’ve loved red pepper for years and am so excited to dine in at their new location as soon as the parking lot is done. the food and people have always been amazing. i’d recommend any thing on the traditional chinese menu, but my go to order is chong qing spicy beef.

I get delivery from this place all the time. Their egg rolls are delicious, egg drop soup phenomenal. What really sets them apart is the fact that I've never came into the restaurant (I'm a very big introvert) and they still know and remember me! My order has only ever been messed up once, and it was an internet error during the storms. I called a little after my food was supposed to be here and explained the issue. They apologized and found the issue immediately, the man on the phone delivered my food personally, and gave me my meal free. They were so nice and so on top of it that I ended up giving them some cash anyway. Amazing service.

The sweetest people ever! They always make my food super timely and it is delicious and fresh! I can't speak to the authenticity of their dishes because I'm not an expert but it's some of the best Chinese food I've had in the US. I have had the opportunity to try some different, more authentic dishes than usual from them.

The Delivery service for Red Pepper is great! The food is always good, the delivery is prompt and the delivery drivers are always so nice. I recommend them for small and very large orders!

Red Pepper is hands down THE BEST Chinese food in Lawrence. They also have some of the most genuine and kind customer service to boot. They have an approachable menu with massive portions, so you get what you pay for. Their menu even branches into some delicious authentic recipes. All and all this place is a must!

Best Chinese restaurant around! I have never been unsatisfied with my order. We order delivery and they will quote 45min to an hour and we usually have it in 30 or less. Order has always been hot, fresh, and delicious!

This is my favorite place to get Chinese food. I really enjoy exploring some of their more authentic dishes. Makes me really appreciate I can try new food without having to travel far. I get the food here regularly and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a new Chinese place to try. (This was B1. 四川水煮牛- Beef in Sichuan chili broth, with nappa, celery, and bean sprouts.)

Updating my review: From the recent reviews and from my own experience it is clear that red pepper is not the same anymore. Ordered two things and both were absolutely tasteless and bland. Felt like an utter waste of money and anticipation. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again! Good food for the price! And they give you portions that are relatively big
