Honestly not a bad airport. I’m disabled and don’t have use of my left arm and went through TSA multiple times without any issues. They keep things running pretty fast, never had issues with my bags either.

I really like ORD - Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Good amenities, clean bathrooms and great food/restaurants options. Very easy to connect and navigate between Concourse or terminals.

The food is OK, but nothing to write home about. The view is worth it all in my opinion. Spectacular panoramic views and the sea around it.Worth the visit. Try to do both night and day in the same 2-hour visit. Precisely, the restaurant is located in a very long way! Very nice and hospitable staff. Thanks!

The legendary Chicago O'Hare, I always heard about this place and never went there until this year in March before the virus was a big thing. I must say it was eye-opening as I had arrived from Traverse City's Cherry Capital Airport and wow was this ginormous in comparison. So many levels to it and places to see and go and eat. Although I was rushing to my next location, I will admit it was a shocking difference and slightly overwhelming. However, there was the friendly staff that helped guide me to my next location terminal so all is well.

Call me bias because I live right next door but this place is a little piece of heaven! Besides the amazing owners/employees, the pastries are the best I've ever had! Always fresh, always smiling (even at 6 am) and always always always happy to serve their customers. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone & everyone! Support local business!!!

COvid-19 hit hard to O'hare. The airport is dead

International terminal 5 is accessible via free bus shuttle that operates between the terminals. There used to be a monorail train but it’s been out of order for couple years already. Bus shuttles often gets busy and you have to hustle to get in.

O'Hare international airport (ORD) since Feb'1944, is the sixth busiest in the world & third biggest & busiest airports in North America, handles 84.5 million passengers per year and 2500+ flight operations per day. It is located northwest side of Chicago in Illinois state of USA with 7600 acres of land & has 7 runways. It is a hub for American airlines & United airlines.

Was coming home from japan, got out of line to wait for my grandfather and a girl goes “What do you think your doing”. Didn’t feel welcomed at all when i got off the plane. Felt embarrassed for my own country...

Everyone great.... EXCEPT for TSA rude and power people. Tired of their major attitudes and bad energy. Ohare you need to watch how they operate and better yet train them to be polite.

I have flown through here on stop overs over ten times, and I always enjoy it. The selection of restaurants and stores is phenomenal, and though they are quite pricey, it’s about average as far as airports are concerned. The airport is one of the busiest in the world, and it is quite large, so a layover longer than an hour is highly recommended. It’s a big airport, so you are unlikely to be bored here for longer periods of time as well. The weather in Chicagoland can be volatile, so be aware that flights may be cancelled and delayed for those issues. I personally never had issues with weather, but occasionally some mechanical issues with the regional jets and a 777 on one occasion. Customs was an absolute breeze, but that was on a Tuesday evening towards the end of January. Workers are usually very friendly and willing to help, including for the various airlines here as well. Cheers.

This place is great! Got a latte and the pistachio lavender latte drink of the month and they are both delicious. The furniture is fun and inviting. The service is friendly.

I love this airport! It's huge and has a bunch of nice fast food restaurants. It's not easy to get lost as there are a lot of signs/directions to the gates. Only bad experience I had was a Delta airlines staff refused to help me when I asked her a question. Apart from that, this is one of my favorite airports. Oh, it also has a bunch of Starbucks and MacD's so anyone looking for some coffee or a quick bite are in the right place! Overall: Thumbs up

Our experience here was very good. Out flight was not delayed and the food was also good. The facilities were nice and so was the employees. The pricing was average. The place was also good at managing all the people as to not seem too crowded at once. I would gladly come back here and would recommend this place to others.

It's a good place to work for young people to start your future.
