We had reserved tables for 20 people for 5pm on Sunday with the manager, Heather, on Friday. We arrived on Sunday at 4:45 expecting to be seated at 5:00. We were finally seated at 5:50. I understand that a party of 20 would overwhelm a waitress, but we had 4 waitresses for the group. Service was poor considering each server only had 5 people. The food arrived at 6:45. Food was good, but quantity sure is less than it was last year, but the prices increased. The cheddar bay biscuits no longer have cheddar in them. Think I'm done with Red Lobster...

Red lobster was Amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. How about when we pull up to the restaurant we get the same exact parking space as our previous visits and get inside and get our same exact booth. Different waitress but same exact attentiveness, it was so nice really made us feel like they Appreciated our money. P.s. It looked so good when they brought it out I forgot to take the before pic. Instead the after pic is the Head Line. "Good but Gone". And Butter Biscuits like Grandma use to make No Joking🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹Best time out in a while, already talking about next visit🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🎉🎈💖💝

We love going out. Yesterday we went to this superb place which friends told us about. We had a delightful evening there with superb cooking and a nice team and a professional cook. We put this place in our phone list and we shall definitely visit again very soon. We warmly recommend.

Always had a great experience with the Springdale location !!!!

I don't think so, this is a very serious and professional place, not entertaining.

Last time I went there I went to eat my food two hours after I left and there were worms growing on it

Yes just call ahead or come in an schedule

The food was Good but i waited an hour and a half to be seated i stood up the majority of the time with no public wifi to use. Carryout will be the way to go if i come back at all
