Red Lobster

We've eaten at this particular Red Lobster location regularly for over a year since moving to New Tampa, and it has consistently had very good food and the exceptional service. We especially love servers Jesse and Basil. We will continue to order take-out during this crisis and appreciate Red Lobster remaining open to serve it's loyal customers during this time.

It’s endless shrimp time again! And Red Lobster has some great selections to choice from. The portions this time is larger than I remember any previous time. And yes we took home some of those famous cheese biscuits. The service here was spot on. Not busy at all here, tucked next to I-75 and Bruce B Downs for easy access.

Service was good, a little slow, wasnt sure if the wait staff was new but Jose did a good job. Steak was undercooked but they fixed it. They forgot my lobster tail. Other than that food was good. Definitely has gotten pricey

Their to go service is terrible! I place an order online at 5:30pm and didn’t get my food until about 8pm then to make matters worse my food wasn’t even hot after waiting 2 hours to get it

Just the place for sitting back and relaxing especially if you have Tye for a waiter. He was informative and professional with a great sense of humor. Food arrived promptly. Being allergic to most seafood, I ordered fresh water rainbow trout, grilled as did hubby. Presentation was good but both trout were dry and didn't pop off the skin easily. Everything else was great.

Great service, great food. Kaitlyn, our server was amazing. She was extremely attentive, quick, responsive and super friendly, super patient. She did not hurry us at all. Excellent customer service experience.

I was so disappointed in the food from this location. If I didn't know any better I would say my food came from the grocery store and Red Lobster just fried it up, placed in their containers and sold it at the same price. Just plain horrible!!!

I’m sorry but tonight’s meal did not rate more than a one star. It took forever to be seated, and there were only a handful of people. We are finally seated, sat for a long time for service and had to ask the bartender walking by if our server would be coming over. We finally got service and ordered our food. The food was mediocre. It seemed like our server did not want to be there. It is definitely not the same as it used to be. Red Lobster really needs to step up their game.

We are regulars here, they actually babysat my husband while I was up north so they are family to us. Food came quick and hot, mojitos and six on the beach are on point. The menu has changed a little with my favorite "Chili shrimp" being removed. Always feel at home here

This location is very good for a night out with the family. Waitress wasn’t over zealous they let us eat in peace. Food was hot and delicious. Waiting time wasn’t bad and it was a packed night. 10 mins wait at best might have been sooner. We are definitely returning. My family was very pleased. Great job people

Well my family took me here for my birthday. The food was really good. Our server JoJo was awesome! She made us feel right at home! Thank you for a great meal!

I do a lot of catering deliveries and every single time I come to this location, there's an issue with getting orders on time. People have paid for a service and they fail, every time. From here on out, I will refuse orders from this location. That them screw with someone else's income. UDATE: their review website DOES NOT WORK. Red Lobster doesn't care about their customers. Ezcater had to refund over 1000 customers on mother's days, because Red Lobster ruined mother's day for these customers.

Food was very good... But the place needs a good scrubbing. Dust was floating everywhere and I recommend that you don't look up or you will find dust on the beams and cobwebs hanging over your table. Service was good but very slow.

The food was hot and fresh when served. Chicken was very tender and juicy. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. Their Cheddar Bay Biscuits are awesome!! However, service was slow. They weren't particularly busy, So not really sure why.
