Red Lobster

I have no been in a Red Lobster for over 8+ years. My boyfriend and I visited the other day and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly and hot. I was quite surprised to see how clean the restaurant/bathrooms were for such an old place.

I have not been a huge fan of Red Lobster in the past, but my recent experience was great. I wanted a healthy meal of seafood and found a really satisfying meal of grilled shrimp and scallops with brocolli and asparagus. I could only eat half and enjoyed the rest the next day. Dad had the lobster bisque and a side salad and remarked how good it was. Service was excellent. We look forward to going again soon. Lots of choices.

3.5 stars. Decent food...its a Red Libster, not a gourmet seafood restaurant...though it wasn't really hot. I got the ultimate combo and the crab legs were tepid to cool, same with the lobster tail and the two shrimp options I selected. If I were a betting man, I would wager they have steamline bins of precooked food they pull from. They aren't cooking your order fresh. As for this location itself, the waitstaff seemed to like grabassing loudly in the doorway leading to the kitchen. Not sure who the manager is, we didn't see anyone fitting the description of a manager, but if I were the manager i would have put a stop to it. Very unprofessional in a foodcservice environment. Also, there was music coming from the kitchen loud enough to hear in the dining room.

This location clearly lacks management! To start the bathrooms? My companion used the ladies room and said there were paper towels all over the place. The men's room even worse! Both automatic towel dispensers had been vandalized and there were paper towels in the sink. Silverware clearly had never seen a dishwasher since the last time it was used! Would you use a fork with somebody's food still on it? Waitress took it directly to the manager. We were never visited by the manager to address our concerns. She did however have time to sit and chat with employees? My rock lobster tails stayed hot for only a brief time as though they were prepared in a microwave and had no flavor. My suggestion save your money or better yet walk next door to Uncle Julios and don't spend over $30 per plate in a disgusting restaurant with bed food. I would give this no stars if I could!

Worst red lobster ever. We were seated and had to wait 30 minutes to be even asked about drinks. Then we order the server was trying to rush and dropped half the food on the floor. The food was disgusting and definitely not worth the money. Then to top it off the bill was 100 dollars and the waitress has the nerve to come up to us and ask us what we plan on tipping. Never again will I be coming to this restaurant location. And the only reason they are getting a 1 star because the biscuits are still on point.

Lunch specials are great, fast service, good food.

Nice place, I loved the super nice attention, I highly recommend the dishes are great have to go hungry, they will like it a lot to my liking and I will come back for sure. And I repeat the attention is very attentive and I love how we were served recommended 💯

Great food and awesome waitress!!👏 The waitress Destiny R made our day after leaving The Green turtle bar and grille restaurant after waiting 1 hour 35 min for our food and then it was served cold, we left and came to Red Lobster. Her personality was amazing and such a wonderful person to attend us. Our Food was so good and this was my first time being at Red Lobster and I loved every minute and bite out of it!! We will definitely come back😋Thank you Destiny!!!

Server was very friendly and helpful. Gluten free menu available. Drinks made very well and food tasted great.

It was crowded but seated quickly. Food was good as usual. Would go again.

Food was great and our server Nico was sooo Awesome. Best service I've ever had, he goes above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had enough of everything we needed and we were their for my daughters birthday and she had the best time ever. All.i can say is Nico you Rock and love your personality. Keep up the good work. I told you anytime we come there going forward we want you as our waiter.

Everybody was savory and delicious no matter which dish I bit into. The server timed everything perfectly so just as we're wrapping up our salad are main course is coming out. He anticipated what we needed before we did so that when we are thinking about asking he was already at the table asking if we wanted it.

Service was adequate (server never offered to refill my empty ice tea glass) but a bit slow, especially waiting for the check. Food was not up to our high standards, but the average person might find it acceptable. Caesar salad dressing was a little salty. Lobster bisque was above average with nice chunks of slightly overcooked lobster. The $31 Ultimate Feast had good fried shrimp, decent shrimp scampi, overcooked snow crab legs, and an insufficient amount of butter. The accompanying white rice was good. All in all, a slightly disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. Red Lobster seems to run in cycles, from very food to mediocre to very bad. I am afraid it is now on a downward trend between mediocre and bad. We have eaten here a dozen ti.es in the past 18 years; perhaps in a year or two they will be back higher on the cycle.
