Red Lobster

The manager has to say hi for some reason. The food for 2 was $50. Good customer service and food cooking times but the price is so ridiculous that it gets 4 *. All of the food was great. Except the red lobster!

We were politely greeted. Waitress was friendly and offered various options. Manager came to the table and asked us how our dinner was. Food was warm and appealing. Prices were shockingly high senseBi haven't been to a Red Lobster for some time now. I guess I'm too use to family owned seafood places.

We went to Red Lobster with a large party for a special birthday lunch. We had 2 individuals waiting on us. The female did an awesome job, while the male waiter helped us between waiting on tables. The food did not taste good, had to send back. We were sorry we went there.

Haven’t been to RL in a few years thought I would try. Stopped in around 12:30 on a Saturday. Seated quickly , server came got our drink orders and came back with drinks and biscuits. They were good but unfortunately that ended up being the only thing that was:(I ordered wood grilled rainbow trout with cauliflower casserole ( up charge $2.50) and broccoli. My husband ordered the admiral’s feast . We both got a side salad with blue cheese. The salad was average . My fish was a nice portion but was kinda cold and fishy. My cauliflower casserole was good at first but soon I was overwhelmed with how salty it tasted. My broccoli was cold and mushy. My husband’s feast was definitely something straight out of a cardboard box with zero flavor. Our tab was $50 . We paid and left without saying a word knowing we would not be coming back .

Called at 1pm to make sure we got what she wanted for mothers day. They order was canceled and now the wont make the food. I'm waiting for a call from GM and I'll update this review after.

I decided to give Red Lobster a second chance but their food quality remains the same, very salty, asparagus over cooked and it was just simply disappointing. Customer service was the only good experience I had today. Definitely not coming back.

Experience was great 👍 ate at this particular Red Lobster several times and the service and quality is always the same fantastic! I highly recommend their peach tea is phenomenal

Can't eat sea food but it was the wife's birthday and she wanted sea food. I just got some soup. Wife said sea food was good. Had tried to go to carrabas. Hour wait Not

Amazing team and amazing food. Just no internet, but it's a family restaurant at the end of the day.

Great service, but a little tough with limited menu. No shrimp cocktail and number of items reduced. Still was a great meal and they are working hard to make it work. Thank you for the effort and great attitudes.

We went for endless shrimp. Service started out great. We got our first orders in and then our server disappeared. We waited over 20 minutes before asking another server to help us. Still our server didn’t show up. We waited another 10 minutes and then asked to see the manager. We wanted to get a last round of endless shrimp in but we had to go.

One of our favorite locations. We visit here at least once a week. The food is great and the staff is even better.

The food was good but I found we wanted really long to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't busy.

Dinner was wonderful. Service was great.

This location is near the entrance to Disney World so there are a good number of tourists. You can use the app to make a reservation 30 minutes prior to arriving. On the app you can also earn points towards a free appetizer or dessert.Every bite of dinner was delicious. The cheddar bay biscuits were fantastic! Our server was super attentive. I recommend this Red Lobster.
