Red Lobster

This is one of my favorite food places to patronize at. I love the build my own plate food choices and the prices. I LOVE the cheddar biscuits and the four course entree for only $16.99. Andre is my most favorite waiter.

This Red Lobster really did impress me. The ULTIMATE FEAST was just that! Yummy for my Tummy!!!! The atmosphere was great and the FOOD was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and nice. I do not have my receipt in front of me and I can not remember his name but I do remember he was very good. I will go there again when I am back in the city. 5 star and management you should be proud of your staff and cooks. Job well Done!

I have eaten here twice since moving here a few weeks ago. Both times Wendy has served me and both times she was exceptional. The coffee is good and the food is good and hearty. I have had an omlette, biscuits and gravy - so damn good. And get the green sauce - I am picky about salsas but this is a must have with eggs .

Food was not that good, just mediocre. Way over priced for taste and service.

Service was questionable as wait staff spent an exponential amount of time with upsell versus ensuring basics. Didn't bring sides with entree. Failed to checkin to offer refills. When failings pointed out waitress went into full avoidance mode. Food good (except for cold lobster mashed potatoes which were too salty and wilt lettuce in protein bowl).

The service could have been better. The little bit of food that was given was not good. The sweet potatoes and rice weren't done.

I had the platter with baked fish, scampi and potato and the fish was very dry. Not sure if this was because it sat waiting to get to me or the cook was overwhelmed. I was waiting for do long and had not eaten anything but breakfast so I was really looking forward to a great dinner. The scampi was ok but the fish was shrieval and dry.😔

Great and friendly service by the employees. Enjoy my time here, although I wish the alcoholic drinks were a Little bit stronger. Other than that no other complaints whatsoever.

I havent been to Red Lobster in so long because the service declined. Today was my birthday and I decided to try again since it's been about a year or two. Shadow was our server. He was absolutely wonderful, polite and accommodating. The food was delicious as well. I'd definitely recommend shadow as your server next time you visit.

Alex is an amazing waiter. He’s probably the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life! He’s definitely an asset to your team! We went on one of the busiest nights of the year and they did not disappoint. Long wait times were expected, but Alex made it a lot better. The food was amazing!

Excellent waitress! Food mostly good. Never had lobster at a red lobster that was so stuck to it's shell, and my usual drink seemed badly made.I've ate here several times and it's one of those subtle and possibly personal things but every single time, I feel that the atmosphere isn't that warm or inviting. It's just feels dark or something. The customer service is hit and miss as well, which is more objective and less subjective as "atmosphere".
