Red Lobster

My food was decent. My friend got crab so mine say while hers finished. Good service tho

I went Red Lobster to celebrate my wife's birthday and ordered Ultimate Feast and Seafarer's Feast..Both of them were awesome and delicious. I also liked their environment and hospitality. It would be perfect if the prices are a bit lower. But overall we enjoyed the time being there.

Not that good today. My husbands steak wasn't cooked right and the fish had barely any seasoning. The shrimp was great though. A customer fell. No staff went to help her. The people that helped her were other customers while the staff just stood around staring. Our waitress was horrible. She was very distracted. She just kept apologizing every time she came back to the table. She was also pushing her side-business to customers trying to get them to hire her for work! It was just bad. It has never been this bad before. I'm hoping that this was just a bad night.

Service was great. Server was polite and kept us satisfied. Food was lacking. I haven't been to a red lobster in a few years and was honestly disappointed by the lacking quality in the food compared to prices. The mashed potatoes were like paste. My shrimp scampi was so overcooked I thought there was still shell on it. For the money, there's better options imo.

Great food. Great service. Just had a problem with getting me an my daughter drinks.

Weightless was too aggressive, impatient & way too much energy. Relax & match the customers tone & energy. Good food though!

The food was good but the service was poor to say the least. Waited 15 minutes to get a draft beer . The waitress forgot to bring our biscuits. Over slow poor service.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in some years, the food was as expected, but the service was exceptional! Our server was a young man who was knowledgeable as well as personable, I would go back simply to sit in his section. Unfortunately I am horrible with names, luckily though I never forget a face because this young man was phenomenal at his job. The Red Lobster on Graham Rd did good hiring him!

The food and atmosphere are excellent!Our waitress, Lynn, was very helpful, friendly and happy. Our order came quickly and when we asked for an alternate sauce it was brought without hesitation. We enjoy our meals at this Red Lobster location all the time.

Was a waiting list, so we sat at the bar. Everything was great, but they should have added someone to help with clean up at the bar. The young lady was awesome, but due to the high volume of people choosing to sit at the bar was a little bit behind on cleaning off the bar and removing previous diners drinks. Great service and food was good. Especially my favorite, the biscuits!

Really liked the food and service. I had a coupon for a free appetizer if you order 2 entree's. Also a free dessert coupon. The food took some time but was delicious. The server was really helpful in letting us decide what to order. Will go back for sure and I have downloaded the new app for their perks.

Great food, slow service for how busy they were...

We went here when the restaurants started opening back up post lockdown. They had a limited menu, but things were just as tasty as they normally are. This is a great Red Lobster location!

Ordered to-go from the website for 6pm pickup. My husband finally walked out at 6:41 with the food. None of the employees apologized or seemed to care that it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait. And surprise, surprise! The food is cold and mediocre. Big thumbs down. Do not recommend and we will NOT be back.

Ordered online and receiced confirmation that it would be ready just before 6pm. Then received a text that my order had been canceled because the restaurant could not fulfil it. My card has already been charged over $100 for food I will not receive. This is awful.
